Usagundamstore is my favorite place for model kits. Great selections, prices and service. The Youtube channel spotlights kits and shows you about the store. Never had issues, customer service is quick, polite, and professional!

The wrong item was sent. I payed an over $100 for an item, I expect to get the right one. Instead I received another item and so I returned it.

USAGS is an incredible store. I’ve ordered multiple models from them over the last year. Each one comes beautiful and reliably packaged. I’ve personally never even had so much as a dent in a box, they always come as if I picked them off the shelf myself. Each order comes with a thank you note signed but the employee who packed the box which I feel is a nice, classy touch. They’re very responsive when emailed, and are efficient when processing and shipping orders. They continue to be my go to store for online model shopping, you don’t need to look anywhere else!

Every time I oder, my kits come in an appropriately sized shipping box with enough packing material to protect my items without doing that thing where Amazon uses a huge container for a small item. In addition, my package came earlier than expected by a couple of days, which was amazing! I love that every order is hand-filled with care, as well as getting the stickers and other merch they throw in periodically. Great job, USA Gundam Store! My expectations continue to be exceeded.

USA Gundam always has what I'm looking for and then some! I've been shopping with them for the last 3 or 4 years and I've never once had any problems with any of my orders. Everything always arrives on time and in perfect condition! They have such a wide variety of items at very reasonable prices. They are definitely one of my top go-to's when it comes to Gunpla models.

I use USAGS for almost entirely all of my Gundam and Mecha purchases. They have great prices and the shipping is really fast. I wish I could shop there more than I do but I'm glad they're around when I'm ready to build something!
