they're a good store save for one small issue.
they are a good model kit store in my opinion. they often have decent deals on their products. i like that they have a system where you can build up points be simply buying things and writing reviews. you can then use those points to get a discount. but i'm giving them only 3 stars because i'm always having trouble submitting reviews, specifically photos. the photos of what i'm reviewing will not submit. i contacted them and they said the photos needed to be reviewed first, which makes sense, but not after several months where i still don't see the photo i submitted. this happens whether i submit with my phone or computer, so it has to be a problem on their end. it leaves me discouraged from writing reviews. other than that, they're a good store that i would recommend to people.

Do not purchase product from this company. I purchased a small bottle of paint. It cost me $25. It did not perform as advertised. I contacted Gundam USA and they could not provide instructions on how to use the product. You would think if you’re selling something you should be able to tell the consumer how to use it. Especially at this price for a small bottle of paint.
