I’m happy to see my items arriving on time but the only thing that I have to say is that some boxes come out a little damaged or squished a little, but I know it’s not your guys fault it’s all up to fate and how my order travels in between from there to here but that’s my only small concern but overall I’m happy that they come safely and the mobile suit stickers are a nice bonus :)

Definite improvement
Online store has shown definite improvement, although there have been difficulties getting a response to messages a couple of times. They have usually had some of the best prices, but sad to see their prices start to go up on certain items.

I was talking to USAGS via email and your response infuriated me further. I will not use USAGS for nay model kit. A figure shop saying that damage box is not their concern is laughable. If the outer box was damaged during transportation I can understand but there was nothing wrong with outer box. USAGS. deliberately shipped damaged box
