I spend some money with this store
I spend some money with this store , but now they lost my business, they didn't refund my entire order and they keep the shipping money I paid for the shipping and the return and they should reimburse it as well, very sorry but they didn't make any sense, they can keep the money , but not my business, also I already contacted them in the past when some paint bottles arrived half a way empty. And they said that I should fill the bottle with thinner, make nonsense.

After reviewing your previous interactions with our support team, I can confirm that your most recent return was received and processed, and all returned items were fully refunded. The only amount not refunded was the original shipping charge, as those funds are paid directly to the shipping carrier to deliver the package and are not retained by us. Regarding your earlier concern about the SMS paints, these products are filled and sold by volume (mL), not by how full the bottle appears. Because of the nature of solvent-based paints, some evaporation can also occur over time. Our support team did offer the option to return the paints for a refund if you were unhappy with them, but you ultimately chose to keep the products.
That said, we understand how frustrating this experience was, and we appreciate you sharing your concerns. Feedback like yours helps us identify where we can improve, and we'll continue working to make our return policies and product information as clear and transparent as possible.

I love the little stickers in the car…
I love the little stickers in the car they gave you. That’s a perfect little touch. It would be five but the box was a little damaged. The top of the box was invented on the top besides that it was pretty good.

Browsing difficulty
Your store is very difficult to navigate. If I know what I want I will try to shop here, but browsing is impossible as I can’t deselect preorders from the inventory. Fix that and id shop your store exclusively

Great quality, but updates would help.
The items have always arrived in great condition, I think this is an absolute perfect aspect about USAG. If anything, I do think there should be some form of updates on orders, especially pre-orders. I had no idea when I could expect items ordered December of last year.

I have used USA Gundam for my go to shop for Gunpla for almost 4 years. The prices are fair, the feedback from the staff is helpful and genuine, and the products are always top notch.
