Fast shipping and fair pricing! My only real issue is the discount code setup. Having to hunt around for promo codes and constantly seeing different offers makes it feel like the best deal is hidden behind unnecessary hoops. I’m not saying that's intentionally the case, but I much prefer when a store puts their best price right upfront without extra strings attached.

This review has two parts. USA Gundam was awesome. Great price, shipped pretty quickly. However, Amazon delivery did not hold up their end of the bargain. My order sat 60 miles from my house for 2 days. I like the store, but not sure if I'd order again with the shipping. Again, not USAGS' fault, but I don't care to wait a week for my order.

I've been ordering from USAGS since 2021, and I've rarely ever had any issues with them in those five years, and most of those issues fall more on USPS than USAGS anyway. Their pricing is pretty good, a lot better than Amazon's at least, their selection is always fairly balanced and it's never too hard to find something that'll catch your eye. And the sales, they have so many sales going on throughout the year, and so many promotions too, so it's pretty easy to get a decent discount on your order more often than not. I've even gotten some of their own branded tools, and they're a lot better than other hobby shop branded tools in my experience. There have been a couple of experiences with pre orders that could've gone better, but like even those got resolved fairly quickly, their staff is very quick to respond when you reach out.

I’ve used USAGS multiple times now to purchase Gundam kits and haven’t been disappointed once. The variety of hard to find kits and multiple manufacturers is great. I just purchased the MG Oberon kit as well as the Fire Lord kit and they look amazing. Prices are comparable to anyplace you can find quality kits. Shipping is fast and easily tracked from purchase to delivery.

The prices are pretty good for people who want to try some mecha building and they're monthly box is really nice my one problem i have Is it might be a me thing but I keep getting one of the same item in the box but other than that its really good

I got my package very quickly and in excellent condition, the upscaled zeong was pretty quick to put together only like 6 hours with minimal sanding
