I couldn’t be happier with the cat urn I ordered from Urns for Angels for my little Cookie . The whole experience was made so easy during what can be such an emotional time. The website was really easy to navigate, with a lovely selection to choose from, and the ordering process was simple and straightforward.
The customer service was absolutely wonderful so kind, helpful and compassionate, which really meant a lot to me. Delivery was also incredibly smooth and quick, and the urn arrived beautifully packaged and exactly as described.

We ordered a bracelet which was too…
We ordered a bracelet which was too small so returned it for a refund. Ordered a larger size, all of which was fine until we had to wait almost a month for our refund. Several emails later and a whole raft of excuses, we eventually received it. We certainly wouldn’t recommend this company :(

Thrilled with Urn
I ordered my pet urn and it arrived beautifully packed (to within an inch of its life) a couple of weeks later.
This purchase was made to replace a ‘rushed decision’ casket (chosen on the saddest of days) however, my original choice wasn’t very fitting for my beautiful girl so I have been looking for a replacement urn for months to reflect her Beauty in the afterlife when I came across Urns for Angels, so thrilled with my Urn, would definitely recommend this Company (Jul26)

Beautiful adult urn
The website was easy to use, the urns are beautiful and such good quality. The urn I ordered is a lovely colour, a colour that signified the person. It arrived within 48 hours and was packed securely. I found the experience that much easier due to the ease of ordering, the confirmation email that came through straight away with comforting words at this most painful time.
