We have used Will a couple of times in the last year. So when our boiler broke down last week on Sunday I sent a message, he was able to visit Monday morning. We needed a new boiler and he recommended a change in manufacturer. The result is a vastly improved heating system all round. Don't mess about, use Will. No fuss, just results.

The last jobs they did for me were awful! Replacing the guts of an exterior water spigot that was dripping when turned on, only to have it dripping when it was turned off! They then came and replaced the exterior water spigot but it was dripping slowly when shut off. I was told this would stop over time. Fast forward three months and the PVC that was connected to my sump pump had come apart on the outside! Also installed by them, they noticed my exterior water spigot had filled with water and froze into a block!
They blamed me for not turning off the shut off valve inside and called me a liar. I explained to them the front water spigot has never been shut off either and never had any issues! I turned it on a week ago full blast and now it just drips water! The reason this happened is because the faucet NEVER STOPPED dripping the entire time!!! Terrible owner and service!

Recently had a new boiler installed. Boiler installed without issue. Engineer arrived on time and was very polite, respectful and conscientious. No mess, no fuss. It’s hard to find people and businesses that you can trust these days. I will definitely use this company again.

The business owner Will was amazing! He come out on very short notice to come repair a leaking boiler for me and my family. He ran checks and was explaining everything he was doing in great detail! Would highly recommend using Will and I will be asking him about any further works in the future.

Business owner, Will, gave me clear understanding of what we needed to fix our heating system.
On arrival, a full briefing on what was going to happen and when ,complete with constant updates.
He and his dad, John, were maliciously tidy and clean and were great to have around.
Finding trades can be very hard these days, finding communicative, caring and understanding trades harder, I can't recommend Urban Heating enough.

Just had Will visit from Urban Heating & Pluming for a Service on our Boiler.
Our immediate impression was of a happy and friendly, courteous Man with a big smile. Yet a professional, who arrived on time and immediately put us at ease, (despite our dog noisily barking around him as he was a new person in the house!) Will was unfazed and offered to remove his shoes before entering beyond the threshold of our property.
Will is clearly respectful and aware of the fact that his work can take him into people’s homes. He made friends very easily with our dog, who was soon very quiet and happy just to watch the work in progress from another room.
Will was very knowledgeable, amiable and polite. He serviced and inspected the boiler, completing all necessary checks.
Will worked quietly, cleanly and efficiently, being considerate of us and our dog when going to and from his van (closing the doors after himself to avoid any slamming shut, and stopping the dog from getting out onto a main road (he didn’t have to be asked to do this, showing how considerately he works).
We would definitely recommend Will and use his services again without hesitation.

Used Urban to completely renovate our tired leaky bathroom. Every aspect of the job was completed to a really high standard, from the planning stage right through to completion. All the contractors involved for tiling plastering and carpentry etc were top notch and William project managed the job all the way. I would highly recommend this family focussed business to anyone.

Our usual plumber had repeatedly let us down. Will responded from the first contact straight away, booked a date and came and serviced our boiler and megaflo cylinder today. He pointed out some issues that need addressing that our previous plumber never mentioned.
He was knowledgeable, informative, and reliable and very professional. I have already asked Will to come back to do some further work. Will is very personable and I would highly recommend him.

Upgraded to a combi removed all water tanks installed a new rad with pipe work completed. Very happy couldn’t ask for more.

I can’t recommend this company enough. We had no hot water on Tuesday. The owner, who was away on holiday and travelling pulled over with his family in the car and resolved the problem in a few minutes and didn’t charge us anything.

Saved my weekend after I got back from holiday and the boiler had lost all pressure. In one phone call he guided me through the process of repressurisation, problem solved in minutes with no charge. Can't recommend him highly enough!

We contacted urban heating & plumbing when we had a gas leak, after I found them on the gas safe register. However we were so impressed with their professionalism that we got them into do a load more work (we’d just done a full refurb and had problems with the heating and plumbing). Will came in to consult and give us advise, and we then engaged them to do a load of plumbing fixes, commission the full heating system (including 2 boilers and 2 hot water tanks), and connect a load of our drainage pipes into the main waste water. We’ve had well over 30 different trades professionals in our property as we’ve refurbed over the past 6months, and I can confidently say Will was by far the best we worked with ! Highly recommend.

Fabulous service received from Will. Arrived very promptly when needed to assess a boiler problem, gave the quote quickly and did the job at the arranged day and time to suit us. The final price even came in slightly lower than the quote due to a reduction in the price of the part. We will definitely use again and will highly recommend to others.
