I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the delivery of my parcel. The service provided by both the sender and the delivery team has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
I find it completely unacceptable that I am expected to wait at home every single day, only for the driver to show up, take a photo of my doorbell, and leave immediately without even attempting to deliver the package. This "hit and run" tactic is deceptive and a total waste of my time.
I am a very busy person and I do not have the luxury of waiting around indefinitely for a driver who has no intention of doing their job properly. This situation has caused me a great deal of stress and unnecessary disruption to my schedule.

Worth every penny for safety and quality

After extensive research and testing almost every brand at John Lewis, we chose the UPPAbaby Vista for our first baby, and it’s been the best investment we’ve made. As first-time parents, our priority was finding something that felt truly safe and robust, and the Vista is exactly that—it is built like a tank.
​The chassis is incredibly sturdy, and the suspension handles uneven pavements and curbs with ease, providing a smooth ride that cheaper models just can’t match. Despite its solid build, it’s remarkably easy to maneuver. The large basket is a lifesaver for shopping, and the overall engineering gives us total peace of mind every time we step out. If you want a stroller that feels indestructible and premium, this is it.

Baby Show Experience

We initially purchased our Uppababy Cruz from an official reseller and were happy with our purchase however we attended the Baby Show at the Excel Center about 6 weeks after and were told we missed out on a bundle, rather than leaving us with the news of missing out one of the ladies spoke to a manager for us and got us the ganoosh, hand warmers, cup holder and changing backpack for £99 rather than £300+.
They were absolutely lovely and so so nice!

Exemplary above-and-beyond service

We felt compelled to leave a review after some exemplary, above-and-beyond service after experiencing an issue with our UPPAbaby stroller. Our support email was answered and resolved the same day and spare parts were sent out just 3 days later.

The stroller itself has worked well for us over the last 4+ years and is one we recommend to others if they’re after something with ample space underneath for carrying stuff.

Adapters for seating configurations sold separately???

I cannot, for the life of me, understand why the upper extensions for the vista stroller would be sold separately from the lower adapters (one is completely useless without the other). The only reason we bought the overpriced Vista was the possibility to have two seating configurations - but in reality be prepared to spend well over $100 for the ‘add-on’ parts.

Do not recommend this brand (mesa max experience)

We got the Mesa Max infant seat and from the get go our little one looked extremely scrunched in it with a chin to chest position. It was super concerning but we were assured the seat meets all safety standards and while trying to manage life with a newborn we kept using it as we didn’t have the time or energy to change it. We then found out it was discontinued, and all online reviews for it are very poor and citing the same issue of chin to chest. This means we cannot sell the car seat because nobody would buy it. We are now stuck with it for our future children as it had an extremely high price tag and we can’t just throw it away. We contacted UppaBaby and they did absolutely nothing.

A store clerk tried to sell us the UppaBaby Rove convertible car seat which is a new car seat; no thanks. We will not be buying UppaBaby products again and we don’t recommend you do either.

From a disheartened mom to a wonderful little who only cried when hungry or in that awful car seat.

Simply outstanding all around

I can't say enough good things about UPPABABY. We have three kids and have used their car seats and buggies for all three. Their customer service is second to none and their commitment to sustainability and the way you can repair/replace broken parts of your buggy is exceptional.

Our friends have flimsy yo-yos, and bugaboos, but our basket space, weight thresholds, stroller features have exceeded the competition. I honestly cannot tell you how invaluable their repair service is and the ability to use one of their strollers for a decade or more due to their outstanding customer care.

Amazing customer service-thank you

We bought our uppababy many years ago and unfortunately we had a problem with the frame. We contacted the company for help, and they were able to advise that the problem was non repairable and sent us a new frame to replace it. They were very helpful and the response was very quick (which was ideal as we had multiple children to transport!). I would highly recommend them as they were so responsive and sorted the problem immediately. Which for an expensive pram is exactly what you hope for!

I was a repeat customer of uppababy…

I was a repeat customer of uppababy products! They failed to deliver my last order gave me a difficult time. They sent a rumble seat canopy too instead of a vista main seat canopy and now they punish me by not allowing me to buy! They messed up 2 times on one order! And i am being punished for it. I loved uppababy untill this. If this issue isnt fixed I will be reporting the entire buisness through better buisness bureu maybe even hire a lawyer. This is cruel behavior of uppababy. They should hire more reliable delivery and hire people who know how to package the correct items. I paid in full. And have bought multiple times and this is how i am treated.

Do not purchase UPPAbaby!!!

Went to the expense of buying an UPPAbaby travel system due to its reputation for being a quality product, with excellent customer service though I’m quickly finding this is not the case and would absolutely not recommend purchasing in the UK. Our frame is broken, about to crack and the seat has been damaged in transit. Purchased UPPAbaby travel bag to protect against this and I am told that I either have to accept a different colour to the rest of our items (many as we invested in all the bits) or wait until the earliest February. I have a 17 month and 37 month old, living in London and am now completely stuck. I would not recommend this travel system at all, largely due to the fact I now understand there is a major issue with the frame and now finding their customer service is completely unacceptable. I am a mother of 2 small children, stuck with no buggy, or the choice having to accept a sub standard product that does not match our set, or purchase a new one when we have already spent in excess of £2.5k for something we thought was durable and suitable for a growing family on the move. Utterly wrong. Bad form UPPAbaby. I expected better and will not hesitate to encourage anyone I know or whoever asks not to purchase this product or any of the ancillary items. Much better products on the market with SIGNIFICANTLY better customer service. FYI this process has been going on for over 2 weeks and it takes in excess of 24h sometimes 48h to get any response.

DCUK service centre and Uppababy - beyond good review.

I can’t express enough how exceptional my experience has been with this company and their outstanding DCUK service center. Their dedication to customer care and seamless communication made getting our pram fixed a breeze. Thanks to their genuinely authentic service, my family and I are now lifelong Uppababy customers. I will continue to promote this brand wholeheartedly.

The Vista2 has been a game-changer for navigating the busy streets of London. With two kids under 3, the versatile configurations have adapted effortlessly as they’ve grown from the bassinet to the seat. The pram’s lightweight and maneuverability even allowed me to train for multiple half marathons, all while pushing both kids. Uppababy has truly made our lives easier, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Design a better hood PLEASE

The main thing is that the hood keeps falling down when I climb on to a kerb.

The hood also does not neatly come up and act as a black out (as with the Bugaboo), instead I had to buy another universal cover. The universal covers all make the whole thing looks so shabby and most take ages to put on (meanwhile the baby is going crazy). My friend has a Bugaboo and calmly just pulls down the cover and her baby falls asleep - I stand next to hear, being blown around in the wind, struggling to pull a cover down while my baby screams. Uppababy - why can't you design a proper cover for your pram!??!?!!

Finally, you have to buy into a whole new system if you have two kids. So ridiculous.

I simply wish the customer service of all companies was like this. I have had to call their service twice and I received an immediate feedback and they always decided to provide us the most expensive solution with no doubt. Would buy from them 1000 times

The pram is fine up to 5 months old of 2nd baby then you need to buy a whole new pram.

You have to spend £300 on a rumble seat on top of the £1,200 you have already spent. The rumble seat holding the youngest child has to go at the front facing the traffic with oldest near Mum which is really dumb.

The adaptors are designed so you have to buy the rumble seat. Typical clever apple style fleece your customers for every penny they’ve got mentality.

Do yourself a favour and buy second hand refurbished - don’t buy direct from the company. So expensive.

Very helpful customer service

We had a problem with our breaks . It took a few emails whoch were responded very quickly and a short video to demonstrate the problem within a few days and they sent us a new frame . Tracey assisted us very well.
It is a pricy stroller but definitely worth it and very very helpful customer service .
I would recommend it to everyone .

Extremely happy

Extremely happy. We have loved our uppababy for nearly 3.5 years with almost daily use. The customer service is fab and helped us out with an issue recently despite being ages out of warranty.
