I had an issue with my Silvercross bag and the customer service team was extremely prompt at responding and sent out a replacement bag extremely quickly.

Purchased Silver cross car seat for are 4 year old grandson, received delivery within 48 hours, price was good and seat is of very good quality.
Seat is easy to take in and out of car which I am doing frequently with us not using it all the time with it being for are grandson.

Silver Cross acted swiftly for me to receive my order. I really was impressed at how quickly it did arrive.

Easy process. Arrived promptly . This is the second time we've bought this set for our grandchildren.

Always excellent quality from silver cross, wouldn’t purchase any other brand, fast delivery and everything feels premium.
Only one criticism from purchasing the lightweight clic stroller is it doesn’t sit upright so toddler is slightly reclined which I’ve seen a few reviews the same but as a travel stroller and not our main stroller it’s ok for our needs, just wish it did sit more upright as I may be inclined to use it more than just travel

Honestly one of the most positive customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I recently purchased the Pop Stroller and unfortunately it arrived and I had issues with the wheels, within a week I had the pram picked up and looked at by repairs team and in 2 DAYS I had a brand new pram sent out to me. The people I spoke to on the silver cross warranty team were extremely polite, understanding and efficient. I was not expecting such a quick and prompt response let alone a replacement for the faulty pram. Thank you so much & this definitely has encouraged me to purchase off you again in future.

I would highly recommend this company, a accident happened with a new pram , i rang this company for a replacement hood ,they responded straight away and ordered a new one , they took away the stress which i will be forever grateful

We ordered the Reef 2 bundle but the chassis started wobbling after a few months. Silver Cross customer service was amazing. They replaced our chassis ASAP. They have the most kindest staff and I really am very grateful for their services. Thank you so much once again!
