The call handler Dillon was extremely professional and very supportive. He made the process very simple and attractive to recommend to others.

Amazing, was quick and professional.

I pay around £200 per month from their services, they can't provide me with some basic tax advice, or do any of the services which I am paying them for.

They're twice the price and twice the headache of any other accountants I have dealt with.

At times I really struggle to figure out what they do in exchange for their fees. However they make you sign up for a 6 month contract so it looks like I am stuck paying them not to do any work for the time being.

The service was sold as accountancy - not software and self service. Also £47.40 per week for access to software only is excessive.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. All of my requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Nicolas recently assisted me, and his customer service was excellent.

Since starting out as a contractor, I use Umbrella as my service provider.
Their work model is efficient with timely payments.

Also of important note is the quick response time of the customer support services team when I have a query, especially Oscar.
He's a 5-star dude, any day!

Ed was very professional, efficient in dealing with my enquiry, while also being courteous and patient with me.
My phone line was initially difficult for him to hear me. I agreed to move rooms for better reception, and Ed called me back promptly.

Cameron was really friendly and helpful, explained everything to detail and went beyond to make sure all was correct.

These people are kind and honest, helpful as well, would suggest them to everyone

Received the call from Mollie as arranged by my agency. She went through everything and explained it simply and clearly. It was a pleasure dealing with her and the follow up information was received as she stated it would be. Great company to deal with, excellent customer service.
