I was worried about the sign up…
I was worried about the sign up process, as I have never worked with an umbrella company before. Ed Howell explained everything to me in a very straightforward way, and answered all my questions, which made me feel most re-assured. I have now signed up with Umbrella in anticipation of my contract work commencing soon. The contract received was easy to understand too, as well as the illustration. It has made the whole process far less intimidating - thank you.

Poor service!!
Poor service!!! prior signing up communication was good as expected.
Once I did sign up to use this provider - customer service was non existent. Staff promised to call you back to help out any issues.
Please do not use this company!
