Amazing customer service and excellent quality
I was hesitant about ordering from ulamp given their unbelievable pricing - my product was less than half the price of the same lighting sold by a well recognized furniture retailer. I got exactly what I ordered and shipment arrived faster than expected…all the more amazing since customer service notified me proactively that UPS had lost my package. They promptly replaced my order and I was honestly none the wiser. I only realized the potential issue after the original shipment arrived a month later. I’m looking forward to ordering more lights from Ulamp.

If I could leave no stars I would!
If I could leave no stars I would! Ordered a very expensive light ($4500+) and the first thing I received from them was a small box of bolts! After many emails, I finally received my light. Electricians were able to install a few weeks later. Antique Bronze base seemed okay upon installation until the crystals were placed - brackets bent, holes misshapen, crystals were all of various sizes - not as represented - it looks like a piece of crap! The customer service rep/owner? have been a nightmare to work with. They have at various times times claimed it was my electricians fault, my fault, the factories fault and that they would "fine" the factory and share that money with me. They have claimed at various times that we broke the light, we bent the light, we shouldn't have hung the light, etc., and then said they would refund my purchase price which has still not happened in over a week. I told them I want my money back and I will send the light back, but they are totally unreasonable - I have turned this over to my credit card company. Please DO NOT purchase anything from ULamps!!!!

We have processed the refund for you first time after we received your product images, but the amount is quite large, so the bank is slow to process it, as already explained to you.
As your email said, one of the metal brackets was bent in shipping, we are willing to send you a replacement for this one part immediately. But you didn't want to, so we processed a refund for you and this light we are no longer able to send to new customers.
You installed our light but then received a refund for all of it, we have done our best to serve you.
