Great price, great products, fast shipping, both air freight and in stock from the california warehouse. Excellent customer service. Very responsive. I got 2 wall sconces and a chandelier. Everything arrived in perfect conditions, safely packaged. I was also able to return the first sconces I ordered, for free and got bigger ones fast.

The brass outdoor sconces are gorgeous. No one walks by without complimenting them. They arrived quickly and were packed very carefully. Each box was protected by an outer wood crate.

I bought 3 pendants. Evidently there was 2 different canopy designs. I was sent both of these designs. I received great customer service to get this corrected. But have to reschedule the electrician to get these installed. Just received the parts and will schedule soon. Can’t wait to see the pendants installed. Beautiful fixtures. Did delay my project , but the chat service was very efficient to correct the problem

I was not familiar with ULamps and was a little nervous about placing an expensive order for 3 pendants. We communicated back and forth a bit through email and I was impressed with the effort that was made to put my mind at rest. When the pendants came they were carefully packed and came in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to order with ULamps’s again. I love the pendants and I am very happy!

Buyer beware: The company address they state is their store in Cleveland Ohio does not exist. Pull it up on Google maps and it goes to the nearest address in a residential neighborhood. This is a company in China selling knock-offs. Perhaps you get your fixtures but I would worry of trusting their UL listing and the safety of the features. And, if anything goes wrong with it, good luck returning or getting a refund. My client bought a Solitaire pendant to try out, which is a knock off of an Arhaus fixture.

This seller is really great, the quality of their products exceeded my expectations and the service was excellent and made me feel very comfortable.

Received as promised. The installation instructions could have been better and we had to replace the non-dimmable led bulbs provided. But overall the chandelier is beautiful and we are very happy with it.
