Your order was dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd class (as selected during your checkout) on 5th July and delivery was attempted on 7th July. As it was never collected from them it was 'returned' via Royal Mail to us. An email was sent by our team to notify you of this but no reply has been received as yet. Please contact us at you earliest convenience to resolve.

Didn't get any refund
Requested a refund as items no longer needed, sent the items. Tracking shows items received they claim they haven't got them. No communication, zero service not gotten any refund and ended up giving up. Absolutely rubbish company do not use.

Hi, Unfortunately we have no record of a customer with your first name or surname ever placing an order with us. We also do not have any records of you ever emailing us. If you had returned an order and had proof of delivery we would have refunded you without issue. However, no order, return or email from you has ever been received. Do not trust this site! Do not buy anything from this site! They don't give any contact information you can contact. When ordering the products, they took the shipping fee from me. They made me pay the shipping fee again so that I could receive the Royal Mail package.
I have already emailed you 5 days ago, haven’t gotten any reply. Could you please check your inbox? And I also tried to fill the form as well, but website didn’t allow me to do it. Have you checked that part of the website? I am not so eager to dop a bad comment about your service but there is no other way for me to reach you. Why you do not give your phone number for example? Clearly, it is the worst online purchase experience I have ever had.

Hi, Your order was shipped with postage already paid by us. If you have received a request for payment from Royal Mail then it is either for another parcel, or it is an error on behalf of Royal Mail. A quick email to us would have resolved the issue without you having to pay anything at all so I am confused as to why you would take the time to leave a review but not spend a fraction of the time to contact us to enquire about the issue?
Perhaps you can contact us via the email address clearly listed on our website or the inbuilt contact form on our website or you can even write to us a the postal address that is also given on the website.

I didn't receive my order, tracking number didn't work at all.
How long do I have to wait for you to consider my complaint? On June 11th, I sent an email with a complaint that I did not receive my order and did not even receive any reply?

Hi, You are clearly having issues with emails as we emailed you yesterday as did trustpilot and we have emailed you again already this morning, yet you have simply added to your review to claim we haven't replied.
Including the email you should receive when we reply here, that will 4 emails over the last 24 Hour period. Perhaps if you come back to add to your review again, you can check any junk mail filters in your email account. We would call you but you chose not to leave a number during checkout so hopefully you will see this message.

Thankyou for my delivery the items were packed brilliantly sadly I paid for next day postage at just over £5 and I did not receive my order until Wednesday
I have used the mullein it smells great look forward to using them all and making other orders in future

We received your email at 14:50 on 7th April and replied at: 16:18 on 7th April.
Our reply advised that as we are not veterinarians, we would suggest contacting one as we obviously cannot give advice on dogs. As we did not hear back from you we regarded the issue as resolved.

Hi, Apologies for the late reply here, we were not notified of the 1 star review. As per our emails to you, this order was delivered to your address on 12th January. We advised you via email that if you claim not to have received it we would ask our Royal Mail account manager to contact your local depot to investigate further as they have access to your local depot and the GPS co-ordinates of the driver at the time of delivery but we did not hear back from you.
We did however request this information and the GPS information places the driver outside of your property at the time of delivery.
If you would like further evidence of the delivery please do not hesitate to contact our us on our support email address.
