For any other customers facing this issue please consider sending an email to Truspilot themselves rather than leaving us the negative review.

Sick to the back teeth of constant emails
I have given a one star review BUT not for the product or service they are both great and I have bought twice from this company and will do again IF YOU Please stop asking for reviews. THIS IS THE 5TH OR 6TH TIME YOU HAVE PESTERED ME THIS WEEK. IF ON THE FIRST OCCAISION I DO NOT SUBMIT A REVIEW IT IS HIGHLY UNLIKLEY I WILL SUBMIT ONE AFTER THE 6TH PESTERING! We're sorry that the review request caused you such distress. Unfortunately we have no control over the volume of emails that were sent by TrustPilot and were unaware that they had sent so many.
There is a 'unsubcribe' link in the email which would have prevented any emails being sent after you unsubscribed therefore preventing multiples being received and would have taken 1 click to prevent any follow up emails.
Perhaps, you could leave TrustPilot a review so they send less as there is unfortunately nothing we can do other than to stop using their service altogether.
