What else could go wrong?
Having set up an 8 week delivery order in October nothing arrived in December so I had to do it again at Christmas.
The delivery arrived promptly but was left outside our gate in the street under a prominent sign saying “don’t leave it here put it in the greenhouse”. It was raining heavily so by the time I found it the cardboard had disintegrated.

Great company to deal with
We are having a good experience with Virbac. We have it delivered to our home address when requested. We have regular delivery updates with no problems. Our dogs love Virbac dog food and we also use the toothpaste for their teeth.

Fast Delivery and Great Results!
Excellent customer service and very fast delivery. My 7-year-old cat has been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and her appetite has been decreasing. I placed my order on the 23rd of December and it arrived the very next day, which I really appreciated. She started eating the food straight away. If needed, I will definitely buy it again. Highly recommended.

Good and bad…
I like the regularity of the subscription service when the orders arrive on time every month.
I do not like the irregularity of the subscription service when ‘they are out of stock’ and one of my dogs is left without the prescription food - Where am I supposed to order the Virbac from if you cannot supply? Good housekeeping needs to keep more stock on hand.
