I have dozens of Olight products. The quality of the products is the best in the business. I collect their products and I also use them daily at work. The packaging is phenomenal and the customer service is brilliant. In my opinion there is nothing else that is better. Take a look on YouTube at their factory tours too. Well done Olight.

Olight torches are literally the best torches on the planet. I don’t know how it happened, but somehow I’ve become addicted to them—and now I’m the proud (slightly obsessed) owner of 20 of these beauties… and counting. Each one feels like a work of art mixed with a mini light cannon. They’re not just torches; they’re a lifestyle.

The quality is absolutely unmatched, the performance is insane, and don’t even get me started on the design. Olight doesn’t just make torches—they create collectibles. Add in the amazing community of Olight fans and it’s like joining a secret society of people who truly understand the magic of lighting up the world (literally).

Oh, and if you’re going to treat yourself to one, get the Seeker Pro 4 in Bronze. Seriously. It’s bonkers good. Feels amazing, looks ridiculously cool, and lights up a small country if you need it to. I can’t recommend it enough. Just be warned: buying one Olight torch is like opening Pandora’s box… you’ll want them all. Trust me, I’m already halfway there.

Customer service is second to none. I contacted Olight due to having an issue with my Seeker 3 Pro. I spoke with Kelly who was friendly and extremely helpful. Got everything sorted very quickly with very little hassle. Got a new torch shipped out within days even over Christmas. I will certainly be purchasing again.

Fantastic company!! Fantastic products! I have 4 or 5 Olight products now, from head torches to handy key ring lights, if I lost any of them today I would 100% buy them again tomorrow. I would definitely recommend the Olight Perun as this is my go-to head torch for a range of different activities.

Olight is one of the rare companies with such a 5 star customer service. I've been their customer for 3 years now and they still surprise me with their generousity, professionalism and attention to details.

I see many people writing positive reviews for companies when they get the item they paid for and it arrived as promised. The difference with me is I see them kind of transactions as what should happen as normal, the way companies deal with matters when things go wrong and how they deal with them is what gives me the urge to write reviews, well let me tell you about my initial experience with OlightUK. I was gifted a torch last year (Warrior X Pro) and it was great until many months later it started becoming tempermental and would only work occasionally, before this I had never heard of Olight and enjoyed my gift as an excellent flashlight that was working before the problems started, anyways I reached out to Olight as I could see their torches aint the run of the mill stuff and are actually quite exquisite in their uses, I recieved a swift response from a cs agent (Kelly) who stated I should send a video showing the fault and a copy of the serial number, I sent the video and pic of the serial number and was swiftly replied to with a request that I send the faulty torch back and it would be replaced with the latest model in the warrior range, anyways long story short the replacement arrived within a week of initial contact and I was that impressed with the service and quality of products I have placed 2 further orders myself and spent approx £200 (am now a bit of a flashaholic) many many thanks OlightUK for the splendid service and long may it continue because as long as it does you will continue to get my business.

Whilst viewing the website, I saw the new, revised
Oclip Pro Clip Light with Floodlight & Spotlight & Red Light. I was intrigued and ordered the Orange version.

It was delivered the following day and wow, what an amazing piece of kit. Much smaller that I expected, but as they say, ‘the best things come in small packages’.

So light in weight, the aluminium case is so tactile, the clip is so strong, so easy to change between floodlight, spotlight and the red light. So easy to adjust the brightness of each light and so easy to recharge when needed.

This is the perfect torch for dog walkers, I was so impressed that I immediately ordered an additional one.

Paid full price for a Prowess torch, only for it to go on sale the week later at a substantial discount. Received all in good order and was happy with it, until the backlight stopped working after only a few days. Replacement requested and approved with the item returned, however oLight have had the returned item for 3 weeks now and have not refunded or replaced or even contacted me. Live chat not even being answered - obviously just another company that has poor product and worse customer service despite demanding a premium for their product. I've seen nothing of the glowing reviews that are on here.
Post note after oLight response: I clicked the link on the returns section to state it had been sent 2 weeks ago, which then gives a message which still remains "we'll check our warehouse". Response below shows clearly that oLight do not operate customer service from the UK and have a process which creates hoops for you as a customer to jump through to get a replacement so that customers give up. Am even less impressed than I was before. Apparently my replacement will be sent on Monday, but they refuse to give me a tracking number.

Again great customer service.my old torch had problems but within warranty .replaced instantly its why you use Olight

This light is so well designed. I'm so used to having non tactile rubber buttons that you have to push hard to make them work... But. This light is amazingly good.
Solid metal, small, but packs a punch. The USB connector is protected by a sprung metal cover, no little rubber Grommet that eventually rips off. And the light switch itself is solid with a lever and a button to select the mode. Perfect. And as I said very bright. Red light is perfect brightness for astronomy purposes as well. Good job.
