Printer arrived in a few days and all bits in the box. Box bit scratched and scuffed as though had been thrown around by the couriers a bit, but all seems okay. Took a bit longer to set up than suggested, but most of the instructions clear. Packets for screws labelled clearly.
Only a very small bit of Filament as a sample so make sure you buy a full roll role as well. - I am sure most people will anyway. The only reason not a 5 is that the set up instructions are very brief and I had a red flashing warning light on the filament feeder indicating something wrong ( had jammed) and there was no quick beginners guide to trouble shooting in the booklet and even on the website it was difficult to find. I was not sure if I could just unload and reload the filament to clear it or how I cleared/cleaned the printhead. I did not have internet access where the printer was so I had to keep going back in to the house and looking up and then back out to the printer to try and work out issue which was just a bit frustrating especially when the excitement from a little boy of getting something printed was beginning to wain.

Product looks great, and well packaged. Confusion over delivery time caused by a split delivery via Yodel and Royal Mail but it turned out ok.

The Mars 5 is a brilliant 3D printer. Great for beginners and needs very little tinkering to print first out of the box. I managed to print 100 miniatures from a 1000g bottle of resin. A few prints weren't successful as it is expected with all 3D printers. The delivery was surprisingly early which was a little headache but easy to sort out with the courier. An absolute bargain for £145.99 and free delivery hopefully will order a second printer in the near future to start my 3D printer farm as I am currently in the steps of creating my own Tabletop miniatures. 4.7/5.

My first experience with 3D printing, once I crossed the hurdle with setting up, I found using the Elegoo Centaur Carbon was straightforward and easy to use. So far I have no complaints and can’t believe what you get for the money.

Couple of things; recently ordered a new FDM printer - Centauri Carbon - and delivery was very fast and well within the promised window
I also had occasion to contact Elegoo support and the response was very fast and extremely helpful. I had to order a replacement part and this was dealt with very efficiently, with updates on the order and delivery

There was an issue with the delivery of my pre-order of the Centauri Carbon. However after talking to their customer service team a replacement was promptly dispatched and delivered.

have only used 1 bag and found that it isnt air tight so a bit of a waste of time and money, postage was very expensive over £10 for a £12 product. but saying that the delivery was quick.
i think i've solved the issue of the leaking, it appeared to be the membrane was sticking. and now seems to work

I’ve recently bought the Centauri Carbon which is replacing an Ender 3 Pro. First off, what a difference! The Centauri is so good! Really good value for what you get.
The quality is so much better and it prints many times faster than the Ender. On the Ender i was printing at 25mm/s and the new machine I’m around 300mm/s.
I’ve dialled in the filament and not had a single failed print so far.
Delivery was fast but shame the delivery company didn’t use our smart doorbell and just left the printer outside, so that could be improved using a different delivery service.
Overall, I would highly recommend Elegoo.

Had to order new film for my resin vat. Arrived a few days later.
Instructions on the pack are reasonably easy to follow. But I’d still recommend looking up a YouTube tutorial to be sure and see it done in real time. There’s a lot of screws that you’ll need to keep separate as they relate to different areas of the vat and you don’t want to mix them up.

I first time 3d printing and this is a great printer and great price, plenty of videos online to answer all questions

I am in the UK, have a Neptune 4 Max, and am being ignored within your 6-month warranty. “Jett” keeps sending me replacement parts and offers more with minimal advice. Loss of faith. I am rejecting this printer and will soon be contacting trading standards and my bank I’ve tried to amicably get somewhere with it but to no avail. Cannot recommend.
