Je gaat uit van normale dag/wisselkoersen en provisie
die men zal berekenen.
Niets is minder waar !
Ze reageren ook niet op mails, als je om uitleg vraagt.
Kortom een bedrijf met 2 gezichten, echter schijn bedriegt.
Ze maken woekerwinsten.
Mijn advies : ga niet met hun in zee, je wordt belazerd.
Ongelooflijk dat zo'n bedrijf mag bestaan.

I had a pleasant service with Kaushal at Gatwick airport.

Transiting through Stanstead Airport, I withdrew 400 euros from a Changegroup ATM from my euro account. Total of 552 euros deducted from my account, meaning Changegroup have collected 152 euros in commission for the pleasure of using their ATM. They plaster 'free cash withdrawals' on their ATMs but charge 152euro on a 400euro transaction. Completely ridiculous.

Horrific exchange rates , so bad we thought it was a mistake.

Avoid at all costs. I had a very poor experience when trying to complete a transaction prior to my holiday. While I understand that online rates can sometimes be better, the difference was around £30, which is significant yet my concerns were dismissed.

When I questioned the discrepancy, I was spoken to in a condescending and dismissive manner, as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. Even worse, when I asked for the transaction not to proceed, I was told it was too late, despite the fact that it hadn’t been finalized to my knowledge.

This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with financial transactions before travel. I would strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

COMPMETLY revolting experience- utterly ripped off- they are thieves - disgusting behaviour - zero value- trading on the rushed time pressured traveller who doesn’t expect to be utterly fleeced in a uk airport- worse than trading for a carpet in a back street of Marrakesh-AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE- you will be ruthlessly ripped off- shame on you stinkers.

I normally stay away from places like this, as they are more expensive than other currency exchanges, but decided to give it a go. I was attended to by Abel. He was very helpful and polite. Will definitely return.

How is this allowed to operate in a place where people are most vulnerable? No exchange rates were displayed, and at 3am, exhausted and sleep-deprived, you don’t realise you’ve been completely ripped off until it’s too late. This kind of predatory practice has no place in a major airport.

Criminal level exchange rates! Do not change money at the airport (Stansted) is the biggest rate rip-off I’ve ever experienced. I took from the ATM so didn’t pay enough attention. €200 EUR cost £232 - their website quoted £176- so charged an additional £60 to change at the airport! Criminal!

St Pancras last week. Terrible exchange rate. They claim commission free, and cannot be beaten.
They offered €0.92 for one pound sterling. For £100 they would give €92. The bank rate is €119 for £100.

Scam! £346 for £300,just scammed on £100. This is fraud and shouldn’t be allowed to operate as ATMs in the airport!

Disgusting. WARNING! Never use them. They say 0% and then give the worst exchange rate possible. This shouldn't be aloud.

They make a huge amount of commission. Exchanged £325 and got back 300 euros. So they made 80 euros. Please avoid, it is robbery.

Absolutely corrupt either some of their staff members are theifs or they false advertise a 0% commission, I was at gatwick at around 5pm today and have the gentleman 320.80 uk pounds to be given only 300 euros I honestly don't even know how that makes any sense and I even questioned the man and he was chatting away to distract maybe that's their technique, checked the rate online and should have been given at least 370 euro, so I suggest they check their cameras as this member of staff is clearly robbing people left right and centre Absolutely disgraceful, I will never ever use them again

Ronald is the best customer service

This is a criminal organisation. You exchange sterling into eur and they show you .84. You assume it’s the eurgbp rate but it’s the gbpeur! So you end up paying 230gbp for 200eur. Ask the staff for explanation and they tell you that’s their rate and they won’t help you to make a complaint. Stay away from this scam. This happened in Stansted airport.

No commission! That's a joke! 300£gave me 310$! It should be around 393$! I would never use it again! I gave 2 stars because the lady in Gatwick Airport was very nice, but the company 0 stars!

Wanted 150 euros and paid £167. Almost like the exchange rate is in reverse. Horrific rate 0.92!!!!!!!! Please don’t use them!!!

Absolutely terrible service here at London Luton currency exchange. Plus it did say zero commission only to get the most horrible rate. £220 and got €180 back!? Shocking rates to say the least! No customer service skills available to the person who served me as well
