Avoid Cettire like the plague. I returned over £1,570 of unopened items, sent back promptly and exactly as arranged, and what followed was a drawn-out nightmare. The refund was marked as "processing"... Mehr ansehen

I strongly advice going with the legal ways to recieve the refund. Its a scam they dont accept return. The timeframe is never as they write on the policy rules.

Major failings in the returns process and in customer engagement

Yes this store may have favourable prices on some luxury items, but don't be drawn in if you have ANY sense that you might need to send something back.

It's the WORST returns experience I've ever had and probably the worst company I've ever dealt with, period.

Ordered £400 trainers, they arrived in a damaged box and didn't fit, so I sent them back.

Long story short; it took 51 days to receive my money back and all communication attempts were fruitless. I'm sure they must use email bots for every single response.

I received my return a few days after sending an 'official complaint' email, where I outlined my consumer rights, their infringement and my intention to report them to the Ombudsman Services. Maybe that's the way to go for all y'all.

Ordered a coat paid for it then after a few days with no order confirmation or anything I emailed them about it few days later o sorry coat so sold out you can have a full refund…………. Weeks later still no refund back and froth with the email anyway got the bank to get it back rubbish company buyer, beware

No refund!

I really wish I had read reviews for this company before placing my orders. I placed two orders and received them within a week. Anyway, one of the bags I bought was not suitable so I returned it. It is marked as delivered when I track on DHL, but no sign of a refund or acknowledgment a week later. I’ve emailed them twice but absolutely no response whatsoever.

What kind of customer service is this? It’s a real shame as I had placed two more expensive items in my cart on their site but I think I will stick with Matches or Mytheresa who provide excellent customer service and refund immediately! Will not be ordering again and will get in touch with my credit card company to see if they can help with this refund as I have no faith in Cettire judging by all these negative reviews.

I've returned two items in thesame…

I've returned two items in thesame parcel but was refunded only for one. When i contacted customer service, I was told that i didnt indicate what type of refund i would prefer and that maybe this was the reason i didnt receive my refund. I was than told that this was updated and once their logistics team confirm the receipt of the other item, my refund would be processed. Nearly 3 weeks later after sending several email's, i was told that Cettire didnt receive my item and that they cant issue me a refund until the item gets deliverd back to their wearhouse. The item was clearly received as ive sent it in thesame parcel as the other item for which i was refunded. Now, i have no money and no goods. I used Clearpay as form of paymant and as a result i cant claim my money back as its not covered under consumer act. I wont be buying anything from Cettire ever again.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Ordered 2 parcels, one arrived. Nearly 2 months of Cettire directing me to DHL and DHL directing me to Cettire.
The parcel still shows as out for delivery but Cettire say the parcel is ready for collection but can't provide the location of where I need to collect it from.
Shocking customer service. Their website is good but you take a risk of your parcel arriving and if it doesn't then you've lost your money - dont expect any help from Cettire.

Dont bother.

Took 4 weeks from them receiving my returned unopened order to issue a refund. Ridiculous and customer service just fob you off.

Horrible

Horrible, horrible company. Sent me wrong item, which was not even from the men's department. Took forever to get a return label from them.
It has been over a month I have returned my item. There was no confirmation of receipt of item. When I emailed, they simply said it will be refunded in 7 working days. I have had to chase them again and I am still waiting to get my money!
I will never use them again or recommend their website to anyone.

Ordered from this company last…

Ordered from this company last November. Arrived on time no issues. However the sizing was ridiculous and wouldn’t fit a child never mind an adult. It’s been an absolute palaver to return. Back and forth with emails. Finally DHL picked the parcels up but now they are lying and saying only 1 item was returned, when there were 2. They said they don’t have the other parcel. But yet they were together. Liars! To not use! Avoid at all costs!

A review for the skeptical people

Honestly after reading all the bad reviews online about this website being a “scam” and the products being second hand had me sceptical.

I purchased the Sinclair Dr Martens as they are sold out everywhere in my size in the U.K and I’d never normally order from somewhere over seas. I was surprised to see they were dispatched from Italy and not Australia. I paid £20 for express shipping, they arrived within about 5 days, they probably would of been with me quicker but I ordered them on a Friday and I don’t think DHL process on weekends.

When my shoes arrived they was brand new and in the original packaging, some people was saying stuff didn’t come in original packaging but mine did. I obviously haven’t had any experience with returns but I saw people moaning saying they was waiting weeks for a refund so I can’t comment on that but I’m sure that they do their best to give refunds ASAP. I did send them an email regarding something and within about 12 hours I had a reply.

Overall 10/10 and would order from here again :)

Rude and untrustworthy refund service. Never BUY

I bought a pair of shoes a month ago and I had to return them as they did not fit. I asked via email if the item was refundable and they responded many days letter that I could just download the waybill and send it back for refund. So I called their courier to pick up the box, I printed the waybill and gave both to them. No one asked me for a bag or a box to put it in. I assumed they placed it in their company plastic bag with the waybill on it. I didn’t know. They just decided to stick a plastic with the waybill on the shoe box directly. Two weeks later, the box returned to me. I made an inquiry about it and they said that the item could not be refunded as the shoe box was not in the original condition that they sent it to me with a shipment refusal charge…that I have never heard of before, that I would get charged extra 150$ in case I refused it, straight to bank card! Like there were punishing me. At first I was shocked but then tried to apologize as the shoes were an expensive pair, and I offered them a solution to place the returning shoe in a new box of the same brand, completly new and intact and they refused it a very rude manner, Saying the matter is closed. I am sorry but it is not closed.

How can you charge me the cost of an expensive pair of shoes for a small damage outside the box, which was not my fault in the first place.
So unprofessional and the worst customer experience ever. Never buy anything from them.

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered my item on evening of 4th January as express service as a birthday gift required for 12th Jan. Allowing 8 days for delivery. Cettire of course took payment from my bank immediately, generating an automatic email that the order had been received but NOT dispatched.

By the 7th January I had not yet received any confirmation that my order had been dispatched, therefore I emailed their customer services team. I received a response on 8th January confirming that they were not even "Opened" for operations during weekends and public holidays. Therefore the order had NOT been placed, they then advised the shipping time would be up to an additional 7 days through express post. Immediately I responded confirming that since this wont be delivered in time for the birthday I no longer require the purchase could they therefore cancel my order since it had not been ready for dispatch. I have been told this would cost an additional £25.00 the same as their returns policy.

I have contacted my bank who confirmed they have 14days to refund the money then the bank can represent on my behalf. Meanwhilst their customer services team are responding to me daily confirming they want an additional £25.00 for cancellation fee.

So much for customer service and adhering to the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

A very disgruntled customer who will not be promoting for anyone to order from their site!

Where do I start with this company? DO NOT SHOP HERE!

No really where do I start with this company?

Please read before purchasing from this website especially if you’re going to return an item.

I ordered a mens Dior reversible oblique bomber jacket back in late October 2021, I received it with no problems so have no issues with that. Sadly the jacket did not fit properly so I wanted to send the item back, I tried to do this on their website several times but to no avail I kept getting a message saying error in processing a ‘create a return’. I got fed so I tried to email them thinking this would be easier…low and behold a week later I get a reply telling me to try again via their website to create a return! I tried telling the customer service agent via email this was not working. Another 3 days past and finally they gave me a pre paid label and gave me instructions saying I did not need any paperwork with their customs processes as it was all online (so I thought). DHL came on the 7th of November to pick the item up and as you would expect a week later you would get a refund right? WRONG! For starters the item was held at Milan airport for several days with a message on DHL stating event customs process, I checked this everyday and for over a month it was in this state. Finally after the 10th December it was moved onto Rome then back to Milan again! By the time Cettire had received it the date would be the 15th December. I am utterly disgusted with both the returns process and the customer service since returning the item. I have asked Several times for my refund and their response is we need to have received the item, I stated the item had been signed for on the 15th of December we are now on the 28th December! Their last message to me was they were processing a refund…that was 2 weeks ago it has been 2 months since I sent the item back and I’m still waiting for my refund!

Do not purchase items with Cettire they are totally useless and it’s been one of tne most stressful times shopping for an item I am currently out of pocket £1665. They have not apologised for the delay or giving me any incentives to want to purchase again.

Absolutely poor service and even worse returns! Avoid returning!!!

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

Bought an Off White T Shirt for my son for Christmas. He always takes a large in Off White (has a 40” chest). It arrived on 16 December, I didn’t take out to check as it was so nicely packaged. On Christmas Day we realised that it actually measured 52” around the chest and needed to be returned. It hadn’t mentioned anywhere in the description about being oversized and that a smaller size should be ordered than normal. They refuse now to refund because I should have basically organised the return by Boxing Day to fit with their return policy, even though the item has been falsely advertised. Absolutely appalling company, appalling customer service who don’t even respond to your actual query, just quote their returns policy. Staff training is definitely needed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY READ ALL THE REVIEWS, they’re all really bad and speak for themselves. The good reviews must be written by their staff.

I will never buy anything from Cettire…

I will never buy anything from Cettire again.!!! I bought a bag and the strap broke in the stitching after 3-4 months. I hadn’t used it very much.
The service I received from their customer service was appalling. They just stopped replying. If this company was based in the eu it would be on their part to repair it.

Bought a moncler jacket beginning of Nov hoping to receive it before Christmas.. this Saturday is Christmas and no item.. emailed them numerous times and no reply . bad company

So disgusting, sent back jeans costing £600 and now I can’t get a response and had nothing to state they have received them.

This company has NO phone

This company has NO phone, NO office (despite putting an address on their website they no longer have) all their staff work remotely.

READ the Trust Pilot reviews of the CETTIRE page (not UK).

They do NOT reply to emails. They claim 1 day response time but this is a LIE.

They do not refund you - absolutely terrible scam company - AVOID THEM

Try getting in touch - IMPOSSIBLE

I wish I had read the reviews and done some Google research before buying.

They delete negative comments on their FB page - you can see this if you watch the page for a couple of days.... and all the angry faces. Search Financial articles about their business practices - extremely concerning!

Very good service and product quality

Very good, 14 day return inline with Italian return policy. 24hrs response time to email i find this pretty standard. Bought 2 items, returned both due to sizing not right but they arrived perfect and when sent back they refunded me in 12 days for each item so 2 days over the 10 days but email response kept me updated and overall I found it a good service. Shipping and returns are a breeze all labels provided and they cover pickup.
