Very poor delivery , ordered Tuesday international priority delivery. Just been given a delivery date 6 days after order. I order from filson which is Italy and takes 2 days. Poor delivery time for £20

Absurd and disgusting customer service ! What a shame ! Although they sent me a damage items , they refused to take responsibility , even though I notified them immediately after I noticed that one of the earrings was damaged . I will NEVER shop from this site again .
By the way I spent a fortune at Cettire and they are willing to loose a loyal customer instead of resolving the issue caused by their horrible customer service.

They sent me the wrong product and when I got in touch with Customer Service, it took almost 2 weeks until someone got back to me. I got my refund in the end but that took nearly almost 2 months!!!

I purchased a pair of boots that did not fit. Returned in exactly the same condition that they were sent to me in.
The have advised that the sole is damaged and not fit to sell.
I just received back the boots after waiting 2 weeks for a refund and have pictured the soles myself so everybody can see what absolute ludicrous liars this company are.

This is a scam company
My fiancé bought a belt for me and they send the wrong colour. After several mails back and forward, they would only do store credit. This is a SCAM company. I do not believe that they actually had the colour ordered. They started off by suggesting that we could have 5% off the belt if we kept it and then 10%. Do NOT buy from them.

I have ordered quite expensive bag and got really scared after reading all reviews … however , order was placed on Sunday , got tracking number on Monday and my bag was here on Wednesday looking good! Only strange thing was that is it came in farfetch box … but that didn’t bother me really .. saying all of these can’t really comment on their customer service as I didn’t have to speak to anyone

Awful! Do not buy! I bought an expensive bag on their website, used it 5 days and the handle ripped. I contacted customer services and basically was told it was my fault. Well I've had dozens of bags over the years and none have ripped after 5 days; especially since I only used it a few hours each day and I am very careful with my things, so the bag was clearly defected or a fake. How does a Michael Kors bag only last a few days??
I tried to get customer services to take some responsibility for items they sell and was told to take it to a repair shop as this was not their concern. I even got attitude from a Manager who replied to my email saying she would no longer reply to me! Rude! Honestly!! Avoid!!

Having bought 3 pairs of trainers that were the wrong size, I missed their 14 day return deadline due to being away with work. On return and realising my mistake, I contacted customer service to be told of the restrictive return and non exchange terms. On escalation I have been messed about for three weeks being asked to take photos of all products and boxes etc to support my return, to then be told that not only will they not exchange the products, they have reverted to their original decision to not accept a return. Awful customer service and I will never purchase from this site in the future. BUYER BEWARE!

Received an item that does not look like what I ordered on the the photo. While trying to return receive the message: Sorry, we cannot pick up your parcel/s from this address, please choose other address.
This address is the address to where they item was delivered.
Anyways there is no way to change the address. Anyone knows what to do?

Nothing but theft
I ordered a bag as a gift for Christmas. I spent almost 300£ while they sent me a label for the item that was not collected by the courier.
Customer service was hopeless, taking several days to reply (usually the same thing), not resolving the issue. Only after the threat to report it to the police, they actually refunded me the money. Overall, the back and forth with them took over 3 months. Would not recommend to anyone.

The only way to enact a return is by emailing them they took 5 days to respond by which time apparently I was too late?! DISGUSTING and I’ll be going through the ombudsman channels to rectify. It all started when I placed an order in January. The styles wasn’t in stock so they gave me my money back within 3 weeks. That’s fair.
But last week I saw that the style was in stock so I bought the exact same thing - and again it wasn’t on stock. How unprofessional that you don’t even know what you have at your warehouse? And also, they have already withdrawn my money? It’s illegal to do that BEFORE the parcel is actually shipped. Why are you taking my money, when you don’t have the style I “bought”? It’s out of this world? 🫣
Also, this was this Wednesday - 3 days ago. I replied right away, and I haven’t heard anything else that they will start the refund process next week. Not even an apology? Such an unprofessional experience. Maybe I was unlucky, but I’m really sad after ready all these bad experiences.

They expect me to incur costs of taxes etc even though they sent me the wrong item and it's taken 8 days to initiate an exchange to be told to read the company exchange policy in which item has to be received with the courier within 10 days. It is without doubt the worst shopping experience and customer services I have ever encountered and I am a frequent shopper on Farfetch, MatchesFashion and Net-a Porter all of which are fantastic.
How has the owner become so rich from such an appalling service? Why aren't journalists picking up on this. There are countless stories like mine.

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with an online store. I ordered a £400 bag, it arrives and it's faulty.
One side of the bag is completely lopsided and the leather creased whereas the other side is straight. I sent copious photos to the returns team, they said they would investigate and it would take AT LEAST 7 working days from when they receive the item back. I thought okay, that's a bit wild considering you sent me a faulty item in the first place and I am only asking for an exchange.
They then email me after I sent them numerous messages with no reply, to say that there is nothing wrong with the bag and that they are charging me a £20 returns fee. I'm like you have to be kidding? It's outrageous that you could say nothing is wrong with it. I (stupidly) reordered the bag before they had checked the original return, as the exchange was taking so long I was getting fed up. Imagine, THEY SENT ME BACK THE SAME, FAULTY BAG. You cannot make this stuff up. Now they're going to try and take another £20 off me, meaning I've lost £40 just to rightfully return two faulty orders. I am taking it up with my bank.
I will never, ever order from this terrible website again. How are they possibly call themselves a luxury retailer when they treat their customers so poorly.

UPDATE - this is unbelievable. I have just received an e mail saying a parcel is on its way from this company. Have taken £130 out of my account and there is no way to get hold of them. I will be in touch with the legal team on my credit card.
