Great value experience with a whole spectrum of coffee for you to try from dark roasts to light. The host was very welcoming and was happy to answer any questions and was interested to hear everyone’s opinion on the drinks. We also learned where the coffee came from and the processes it goes through before it’s sold in stores. You even get a free cup of coffee and bag of beans after the class! The only thing I can think of to improve it is knowing what food could pair well with the coffee.

Bought an E1 Prima through UE and haven't ever had a better experience with a company before. Received a call straight away asking us if we'd like to have one of the team come to install the machine themselves. Jim came the next week and stayed almost an hour extra to show us how to use it and the nuances of that specific machine. We ordered coffee a bit late but they arranged to have it brought all together. Couldn't recommend any more

Great coffee!

I attended a Bring your own Sage machine class yesterday morning (20/04/2024). The class was held directly in the main roastery section of UE and hosted by Jack. The session was brilliant. Really personable, energetic and informative. Jacks took us through how to create the best shot of coffee using our machines and advised of the look and taste to aim for. Once this was somewhere near perfected (user issues 🥴) we moved onto milk frothing techniques. Again expertly advised and demonstrated.

All together this session has given more confidence to play with the machine settings and trial and error my coffee making. Just need to work on the milk art somewhat more.

Very enjoyable session with Jack at Ue Coffee Roasters.
We learned about the do’s and dont’s of filter coffee making using various methods and had a taste of what each of the group was brewing, which was fun.
Much more to coffee brewing than you think so worth a visit.
Complimentary bag of coffee when we finished too, which was nice 🙂

The Tasting and Sensory Masterclass at UE was presented by Jack. I’d booked it as a Christmas present for the family and we all attended together. It was a great session, much more informative than I’d expected. The size of the group was manageable at 12 people. We learned how to appreciate aroma, sight and feel of the coffee beans from different parts of the world, and then shown how to taste the brewed coffee varieties in a professional way. I’d thoroughly recommend it and we all enjoyed the session. Jack did a great job, he was very enthusiastic and knowledgable on all things coffee! We also appreciated the box of coffee we were invited to choose and take home at the end of the session. Great value and great fun!

Really great class. Small group teaching on how to dial in your sage espresso machine. Great that you bring your own equipment so that it is more relevant for you. The lead was great at giving pointers and how to troubleshoot different shots. Would encourage anybody who has recently bought a Sage machine to attend the class. Also tasty coffee!
