I've been a customer for several years, and always enjoy their coffee. On this occasion, they went out of their way (literally!) to sort out a delivery issue with the courier. The customer service was friendly, helpful and considerate throughout. Thank you so much!

Both of my orders were delivered very quickly and communication from the company was first class. I received a same day reply to my e mail enquiry and an issue I had met was instantly resolved. Impressive.
The coffee was very well packaged and arrived undamaged. The coffee itself is quite different to my usual beans in both colour and taste, but I have really enjoyed the change. No hesitation therefore in recommending both the company and the product.
