Having been frustrated with using my new Sage machine I signed up for the training course to setup the machine. Jack made the course very informative, and by the end I felt confident in using the machine to make good coffee. Plus i have now been introduced to using the Ue Coffee beans, which make great coffee. To finish the training off I had lunch there which was excellent

Jack was very patient and gave great tips on how to prepare the best espresso and flat white possible, and also on how to clean/maintain my sage machine. Very happy with the experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Roasting Experience day, and both Jack and Dan were fantastic. Understanding the journey from plant to cup was fascinating, and being able to create our own blend was good fun. I would also recommend learning more about Ue's "Impact Series", it's a commendable initiative that is making a difference.

Andy was fantastic - informative, personable (annoyingly talented) and massively patient. Great course. I took away all the knowledge I need to hone my skills which are (still) sorely lacking. Also, UE's coffee is exceptional and the place is packed with kind and helpful people. A joy.

Great course and lots of fun prepping some nice lattes! Very explanatory and they take the time to improve your technique throughout the process. Would highly recommend and the coffee box included with the course was top!

Great customer service and coffee is amazing

We attended the Espresso and Milk class today and it was brilliant!
Jack was superb and really knows his stuff! We took along our Sage espresso machine and Jack really showed us how to get the very best out of it… changing some of the settings, grind levels etc to produce the best coffee we’ve had from it for years!
The lesson on roasting and the origins of the coffee was really interesting too.
However, having always struggling to get the milk frothing right on our machine Jack’s lessons on milk art was the highlight and we sampled some brilliant coffee and our confidence is now so much higher than before!
