Fabulous gift idea
As a Christmas gift I purchased a Masterclass for a friend who had recently purchased a Sage coffee machine and was struggling to perfect pulling a decent espresso shot. Looking forward to tasting the results of his training.

Top tier
I’m a huge coffee buyer but atm refuse to sign up to a coffee subscription so tend to go around buying the supposedly best coffee there is in the UK.
UE genuinely are up there with the best not only with there basic entry range but there special blends as well.
The customer service side is top tier, Helen sorted out my (minor) issue immediately and I’m super thankful for that.
I will definitely be returning and if I did ever decide to subscribe to a coffee supplier it would be these.

Disappointing lack of communication.
I wrote this review as a final attempt to resolve the issue detailed below, which was swiftly (partially) addressed by the company.
On 21/11, I ordered two 250g wholebean coffees from UE Coffee Roasters. I received a confirmation email, and later in the day, a notification that my order had been shipped by Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Parcel. The tracking notification at Royal Mail indicated that "The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail."
By 28/11, the coffee had not arrived, and the notification at Royal Mail had not changed. I attempted to reach out via email in reply to my shipping notification. I received no response.
By 03/12, growing concerned at the lack of progress on the order and the lack of communication by the sender, I attempted to reach out again by email. I received no response.
By 04/12, wondering if my messages were being throttled by a spam filter, I attempted to reach out a third time via a new email chain. Again, I received no reply.
It is now 09/12, approaching three weeks after placing my order, and I have received neither the products I purchased nor any communication from UE Coffee Roasters why this might be the case.
Unfortunately this negative experience outweighs a previous positive experience with the company. With no sign of resolution, this review documents my frustration and disappointment. It is my sincere hope that the communication issue outlined above is addressed, and that any queries made by future purchasers from UE Coffee Roasters are not ignored or shunned.
Updates:
09/12 - I have responded to the reply below from two different email accounts. UE Coffee Roasters have reached out to my primary email address, perhaps separately from below. I have responded.
10/12 - I have successfully communicated with UE Coffee Roasters from a different email address (gmail rather than hotmail). Their findings were that my parcel was lost, and they have sent out a replacement.
11/12 - Replacement has arrived, although no further mention has yet been made of the communication issues. I have edited the title of this review and amended my rating accordingly.

I had never heard of or bought from Ue Coffee Roasters before until I was Googling for my favourite Blendsmiths hot chocolate and came across them as a stockist of this product at a discounted price. Everything about buying from them online was easy and delivery was great. Very happy that I found my favourite hot chocolate for the upcoming winter!

Love this company
Love this company. The coffee is exceptional as is the customer service. My only criticism is when they run out of my fave coffee and I have to have my next fave. Not a complaint at all but I do love my favourite Honduras.
