The company gives excellent value compared to other tea companies.
The tea is packaged in its own simple but effective pouch.
The delivery was incredibly fast and free of charge.

I am a coffee lover and have all too often been disappointed by the experience and taste of the main stream coffee shops, that is until finding UE coffee and roastery.
Not volume but quality, the coffee is silky and flavoursome, each cup is an altogether wonderful experience to be enjoyed again and again.

I am very satisfied with the product, it does what is says on the box, with great result.
However, on the website it is advertised as being sold with a rather large coffee bean holder, where as when the product arrived and I unboxed it, it came with a much smaller bean holder, which is clearly half the size than displayed on the website.
Which is a shame, as it is false advertisement, especially for such an expensive piece of equipment.

Attended the Coffee Masterclass for the Sage Machine at Ue Roasters, and it was excellent! Jack was a great teacher, offering plenty of tips and advice. My coffee is now exactly what I’ve been aiming for—highly recommend!

Tried the organic house blend for the first time and loving it. Don’t live in the Uk anymore but always try to order Ue coffee when I visit. Can’t go back to supermarket coffee!

I did the one hour "bring your own Sage" barista course. Great learning experience and Jack was pretty quick to diagnose what I was doing wrong

I have been searching for a good, rich, flavoursome coffee bean and have finally found one!
A small range of beans but they have such a depth of flavour and quality, more choice isn’t required.

Order was easy and notified about delivery.
And on time .

I did the latte art course and really enjoyed it. Jack is a great teacher.

Received the wrong grind size for one of my two coffee orders.

I purchased the Tasting and Sensory course for my dad’s birthday present it was a really enjoyable experience! We were taken through the cupping process, identifying the flavours and aromas. It was interesting to try and compare the different coffee varieties. Thank you Jack for taking us through the course!
