Fake Company on Amazon. No Real Office or Phone Support. Company uses a Registered agent company. The belts are not made in the USA as stated. Another pop-up company making money off uneducated Amazon shoppers.

Shipping takes forever
To a while for shipping. I even paid the extra for expedited shipping and it still took over a week.But so far the belt seems to be okay.

Use of Amazon delivery is not well…Caution as Amazon delivery is utilized
Use of Amazon delivery is not well established yet. As a customer I was not able to connect with Amazon given the product was going to be delivered to the wrong address. UDC parts person stated I needed to contact Amazon. Amazon staff stated they couldn’t help me as orders from UPC do not show up on my account as not ordered from Amazon. Email to UPC to Bruce who sent me info was not returned. Product delivered somewhere so I am out over $50.00. I would have been better off ordering from an amazon retailer.
