ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I can see that there is no customer support, no service after the sale, you can't even return an email. I will do everything in my power to report this as credit card fraud with my bank and the local authorities. I will also reach out to SHOP again and update my review. All you had to do was email or call. Wow....

This is the last email I sent UDC. They have sent the wrong part twice and won't return an email or call. There is ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! They also try to put the blame on the customer for their carelessness and negligence. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

When you told us that the first part you received was incorrect, we immediately sent a replacement free of charge. And when you let us know that the second part still didn’t match, we again offered a solution — including sending another correct part to make up for the inconvenience.
Please know that we have been in contact throughout this process, doing our best to fix the issue fairly. We also hear you: the experience didn’t meet your expectations, and we take full responsibility for that.
You’ve had to deal with delays, incorrect parts, and a lot of back and forth — and meanwhile, your mower still isn’t working. That’s frustrating, and again, we are truly sorry for the trouble and the time you’ve lost.
