Ordered multiple parts on their website, which totaled over $280 after shipping and paid via PayPal. Paypal invoice and their own invoice shown my shipping and billing address as expected.

A few days later I got tracking updates - except they were not only a carrier different then what I selected, but to a totally different person, address AND state!

I tried calling, emailing, texting, Facebook, the chat bot on their site... NEVER got a reply!

I opened a dispute on PayPal, and again, they NEVER replied on there.

Days later, I got a tiny package. 9oz only, 4x6x6.

A Kawasaki rain cap. I had ordered an entire air canister kit, a handful of emblems and more. Clearly more then 9oz and a much bigger box then a 4x6x6.

PayPal sided with them. BUYER BEWARE - Bait and switch tracking/shipping!!!

I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of communications, coupled with the single small package (and its tracking being submitted to PayPal), the conflicting phone numbers on google & their website, the fact the address on their website is a vacant building... Google earth and google search shows they used to have a building (as in their main website banner) but it is now up for lease.... and is a totally different address then what they have on their website!

Do your due diligence, google them. Look at google earth, use the photo capture time feature to look at older snapshots...

I ordered brake pads and they charged me for two sets and I got two sets. I only needed one and I have not got a return slip yet for one of them. I ordered disc for the front and brake cylinders for the back. Everything is fine. I just have one set that I don't need.

Parts received in very short time, and fic my problem

The Toro rechargeable replacement battery was exactly what I was looking for. It was an exact match of my existing battery. I got it for a great price ( lowest I could find online) and it was delivered in just a few days.

You met my expectations, BUT USPS took 18 days to DELIVER. UNBELIEVABLE - bounced it around like a basketball. From Utah (Dec 22) to Nevada, Olathe KS, Omaha, NE, Wichita KS, Kansas City, MO FINALLY Delivered to me in Nebraska. (Jan 9)

Perfect transaction, very helpful and professional

Order was a few Kawasaki decals for my zero turn. I made a mistake on the prefix for the decal and accidentally ordered the wrong one. I contacted Red Rock and immediately was greeted by Bob and he took care of my mistake and kept in contact with me until my item was shipped. That is frankly the best customer service I have had in a long time… That is how American businesses should be. I thank you Bob for outstanding professionalism and service. Parts came and installed flawlessly and could not have expected more.
