Easy to amend orders on the website and customer service very responsive. The food is great, it really suits my 2 dogs and their stomachs. Since the price increase, I have had to mix with a dry food as it was unfortunately over my budget.

Quality dog food
We have been using tuggs dog food for over 18 months and find it first class our 2 bedlingtons enjoy it. We don't feed chicken or grains so it's good to know that each variety is just what it says it is. Excellent costumer service too. The reward scheme is also a bonus.

My dogs love their food. We have been giving them tuggs for almost a year and haven't looked back. They are quite fussy so finding something they don't get bored of was hard but we finally got there.

My dog is generally a fussy eater when I bought Tuggs I thought she wouldn’t like it instead she cleared her dish Bella enjoys the majority of them only the cod one she doesn’t like

My little dog spins with excitement…
My little dog spins with excitement when i'm putting his food down and Tuggs have been great for the few months I've been buying their food. No one wants to spend a lot of money on anything at the moment with everything continuing to increase in price never mind dog food but I wanted to make sure my little guy was getting high quality food which inevitably keeps him and his body happy and brings longevity to his life. I had a phone call recently from someone at Tuggs and I couldn't take it at the time so I asked her to call back later. All day I wondered why someone needed to speak to me from customer service and when I took the call later on the lady I spoke to was phoning to help me SAVE money on my deliveries by getting more weeks of food in one box. She really took the time to ensure I knew how long the food stores in the fridge and understand how much I could store in the freezer to gauge what size box I could order at one time. I don't think I can recall a time when a company have gone out of their way to do this for customers and it now means that my daily spend on dog food has come down.
Food is delivered on the day i'm told, my dog loves it, his poop is healthy and he has wonderful energy for an 11.5 year old sausage dog! No complaints here! Thankyou so much Tuggs!

Food actually fills them up!
Food is great for my dogs sensitive stomachs and so reasonably priced I transitioned from years dog food as I noticed the quality had gone downhill and they had changed some potential allergens without declaring it (no, posting it on Facebook groups is not declaring it)! Tuggs is just as good for fussy dogs and actually fills my dogs up at their recommended daily portions unlike brand I mentioned previously highly recommend well done Tuggs just wish they had other flavours as my dogs are allergic to some of them!
