Finally a food that my extremely fussy eater loves. I wanted a healthier food for my dog, I have tried nearly every on line brand to no avail. Then I came across Tuggs, she eats it all up, her poops are a good consistency and I am a happy mummy. Customer service were brilliant when I needed help. I would 💯 give them a try.

Fantastic company - couldn’t recommend more
Fantastic company! We spent years trying different foods for our cockapoo who just kept getting an upset tummy from them. Once we found tuggs everything changed and he’s not had an upset tummy since starting it a year ago.
The process is also very easy and the team clearly care so much about the dogs eating their food!

Great food for our new puppy
We have been feeding Tuggs to our puppy from day 1. This was recommended by our breeder. He eats so well and also has the yak chew for teething, which he loves. We are very happy with the food and service! Great product and would highly recommend.

Inflexible deliveries - overflowing with food that will go off :(
The dog loves the food, but we are overflowing with food for the freezer and they have been poor with comms & completely inflexible with the deliveries.
They sent a reminder in the early hours Sat am and when I asked to postpone at 7am on the Monday morning (on a working day), they refused as said it had been processed! So I've been charged £100+ and another delivery arrived and I have nowhere for it to go! I expect £50 will have gone off by the end of the week.
Not impressed.

As a subscription service, we send reminder emails ahead of each order with details of the upcoming delivery and a clear cut-off date for making changes. Once an order passes that cut-off and enters production, we're unfortunately unable to amend, postpone, or cancel it. Because our meals are freshly prepared and frozen, production and packing begin well before the delivery date to ensure everything arrives in the best possible condition.
We do appreciate that freezer space can sometimes become an issue, particularly if feeding amounts or circumstances change. In these situations, we always recommend adjusting future delivery dates through the account as early as possible, and our team is happy to help customers optimise their plan size and delivery frequency to avoid stock building up.
We're sorry you feel we were inflexible, but in this case your request was received after the order had already been processed and entered production, which meant we were unable to stop it. We do hope you'll get in touch with our team so we can help adjust your future deliveries and ensure you receive a schedule that better suits your needs.

My fussy eater is no longer fussy
My fussy eater is no longer fussy. I’ve tried every wet food on the planet and she will only eat dry food since having an operation a few months ago. She is absolutely thriving on this. Excited again about dinner time which is wonderful.
Food comes frozen so ensure that you have freezer space. One pouch lasted my two dogs three days but I’m mixing it with their normal other brand. They are also small dogs.
Had a follow up customer call with Melanie who seemed to care about how we were all getting on? Gave me loads of additional information which was so helpful.
I’ll definitely be back as I love to see my dogs so content. Probably keep mixing it to keep the cost down though.

He bounces to the fridge at meal times.
My vizla Loki has some health issues with his heart and loses weight quickly. This food has maintained his weight but every morning he literally bounces to the fridge in eager anticipation of breakfast. At tea time he doesn’t let up nudging me until I have fed him. It smells nice, is delivered in time and the bowl is licked clean.

I made the move to tuggs
I made the move to tuggs because I wanted to ensure what I was feeding my frenchie was good for him, having previously owned a dog with allergies I wanted to minimise the risk of him having a reaction. Tuggs is great and my boy gets excited when you mention dinner to him now, no more left over kibble in his bowl after meal times.

Brilliant product
Really good price, good communication and high quality product. Has cured our dogs digestive issues and he loves the different recipes. The points system has been downgraded and it has increased in price, but still well worth it.
