NEVER EVEN SHIPPED MY ORDER!
This has been one of the most frustrating times dealing with a online company ever... ordered 3+ weeks ago and they still haven't even shipped my order yet!!! They haven't answered my emails they just took my hundreds of dollars and totally ghosted me! Which is w/e I have been blasting them on my Canna Review Pages on IG that has like 200k followers lol so god only knows how many orders they lost because of this. I ordered this stuff to help me out recovering from surgery but thanks to sprinkle that never happened and I didn't have enough time to order from a different company which is why I am so irritated. I would literally recommend buying from anyone else but these guys I am gonna keep blasting them on my IG page til they make this right if they ever do... til then posting everyday about it LOL. This isn't right to do to customers the website says SHIPS in 24-48 hours well that was over 3 weeks ago and my order still hasn't even been dropped off to UPS/USPS. Starting to wonder if this even a real company anymore, feeling like a total Scam bc this is exactly what scammers do never send your products then for weeks say its on its way trying to buy time so you cant do a CC charge back that's honestly what it feels like. Horrific first impression to say the least lol. That Ban is coming up in November so idk maybe they are just taking all our money and never going to ship anything one big last money grab so be very wary ordering from them!

UPDATE: After leaving this review, I was finally refunded. Now they are sending me emails begging me to remove this review. How embarrassing! A great way to avoid bad reviews is to conduct business in an appropriate manner, maybe try that.

They do not ship orders and they do not respond to tickets or emails. I commented on their ad on instagram and they messaged me asking for my order number, but never got back to me after that.
I no longer want my order at all as I already ordered and received an alternative product.

Never sent order
Incredibly frustrating experience, product delivered very very late, and only after I reached out to customer service FOUR times.
I made an order on August 28th. I received an email that it had been shipped but it never showed up. When I went to the tracking number, it showed the label had been made but the product never dropped off at the shipping center. I spoke to customer service 3 times over the course of a month, including giving my order number and screenshots from the tracking number info, and they made excuses but nothing changed.
Then, I wrote this review on Trustpilot a month after making my original order, the company reached out about that review and refunded my money AND expedited my order. However, it still took another 22 days after THAT to arrive.
So it IS a real company, but don't believe their shipping times, and customer service isn't always helpful.

After I posted my review, they finally responded and asked how they could make things right, and if they comped and expedited my order, would I take down my review. I said "no, but I will update it to reflect their follow up." I will update again after receiving the product.
HORRIBLE customer service. Placed order 2 weeks ago and no update at all. Emailed them a week ago, nothing. No response on social media either. Just ridiculous. Someone needs to go into direct competition with these people and offer REAL customer service!

Order never received no tracking number
Edit: My order/ticket number was 158535 I’m happy to attach the email thread. I never recd any response after the ticket number. Worse they STILL haven't cancelled my subscription and
I’m getting spam EVERY SINGLE DAY from them. I just managed to stop the “subscription” but I can’t seem to cancel it entirely. I’m not 100% it is this company but I’ve also had a dramatic uptick in spam calls since my original order. I need cancel the account and get a refund or I’ll do a chargeback
Order confirmed Sep 1. On Sept 15 I emailed the company because there was no tracking number yet. They responded with a ticket number, there was never a tracking number assigned & now I cannot access the ticket. I’ve emailed them to cancel. Hopefully they will do so, but I’ll definitely be filing a charge back if they do not. Very disappointed, maybe don’t run so many ads if you don’t have the product. And quit sending me follow up emails. I never got the product the first time why would I order again?

Five stars! Sprinkle is pleasant and gives me a nice sense of calm without any buzz. I actually prefer mixing it into a non-alcoholic sparkling drink, like TRIP, instead of having one or two glasses of wine. It’s relaxing, enjoyable, and has become a great alcohol-free alternative for me.

Would have loved to get it? But company needs work.
So, I have gotten these ads all over any algorithm I have for months. Finally decided to try it - read these reviews AND reviewed their shipping policy. Placed the order 9/1. 10 days go by, I reach out 9/10, they don't respond for 5 days - and promise me expedited shipping and service to thank me for my patience. Then I reach out again after 8 days with ZERO updates - this time I still haven't heard back. Would have loved to try it - but the lack of communication, promises of expedited shipping that never happened, etc. - nah. Put your money with a more reputable hemp company. Thank god for a bank that will help out when people fail to deliver on empty promises.
UPDATE: Alright, so they got in touch with me after this review (like within a handful of hours after I posted it - miles faster than their support) and worked with me to provide a refund, and I guess expedite my order (we'll see - I got told it was backlogged) - but I wanted to share that I had been asked if they "made it right" if I would take my review down. Which... really left a horrid taste in my mouth. So do what you will with this information. Did they make it right? Sure - but I shouldn't have to do a Trustpilot review for actual movement on my order, and I shouldn't be asked to take down a review that shares how they handle customers.

Complete radio silence
Ordered 8/30/2026 and my order hasn’t even shipped yet. I’ve emailed the company 9/10 and submitted a request to the contact form on their site 9/21 but haven’t received any response. Both the email and the form say to expect a response within 72 hours. I’ll give it till end of the month till I dispute the charge on my card but still pretty unhappy with the experience regardless. Order #157154 if anyone sees this and can help.

Sprinkle delivered as promised. It was tasteless, which was good. I ended up trying 15 mg. In truth, the Go Light Sprinkle was too light for me. I contacted customer support and happily, Sam S. responded to my note.

Abysmal service and false advertising
I placed my order on August 23rd, a UPS label was created on August 27th. I fully understand that often the label gets created at the same time as the packing list is printed, so I figured it would be on the move by the 29th. It is now September 22nd and there has been no movement at all. I have received emails asking me to review the products I ordered, but I cannot do that when the company does not ship.
I reached out to their support team to request my order be cancelled and refunded on September 18th and was told they couldn’t cancel it but that I could refuse delivery. Why they are incapable of locating something in their warehouse and process a refund makes no sense since it’s still sitting there. I replied and requested confirmation that I would be refunded the full amount to my original payment method if I did that, and I have not received a response.
I have filed a dispute for the transaction with my bank due to the false advertising on their site, and the abysmal service I have received thus far. I want to make it abundantly clear that I will not accept store credit, and I no longer want the product.
Update 10/6: Sprinkle did issue a refund, as well as moved my package “to the front of the fulfillment queue and your shipping upgraded at no additional cost”. Mind you, that email was sent September 23rd and my package did not start moving until October 3rd. The front of the queue must be in Timbuktu! Additionally, I was asked no less than four times to delete my review. Requesting that reviews be deleted is an unfair and deceptive practice.
I did try one of the products and found it ineffective, and it is not flavorless as they claim.
I increased my rating to 2 stars because Sprinkle did ultimately make it right, but the entire interaction was much more of a hassle than it ever should have been.
