I placed my order on August 23rd, a UPS label was created on August 27th. I fully understand that often the label gets created at the same time as the packing list is printed, so I figured it would be on the move by the 29th. It is now September 22nd and there has been no movement at all. I have received emails asking me to review the products I ordered, but I cannot do that when the company does not ship.

I reached out to their support team to request my order be cancelled and refunded on September 18th and was told they couldn’t cancel it but that I could refuse delivery. Why they are incapable of locating something in their warehouse and process a refund makes no sense since it’s still sitting there. I replied and requested confirmation that I would be refunded the full amount to my original payment method if I did that, and I have not received a response.

I have filed a dispute for the transaction with my bank due to the false advertising on their site, and the abysmal service I have received thus far. I want to make it abundantly clear that I will not accept store credit, and I no longer want the product.

Update 10/6: Sprinkle did issue a refund, as well as moved my package “to the front of the fulfillment queue and your shipping upgraded at no additional cost”. Mind you, that email was sent September 23rd and my package did not start moving until October 3rd. The front of the queue must be in Timbuktu! Additionally, I was asked no less than four times to delete my review. Requesting that reviews be deleted is an unfair and deceptive practice.

I did try one of the products and found it ineffective, and it is not flavorless as they claim.

I increased my rating to 2 stars because Sprinkle did ultimately make it right, but the entire interaction was much more of a hassle than it ever should have been.

I’m still waiting on an order I made a month ago and another order that I made is short three bottles. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service since last week and still no word. Every time I get a response, you guys ask for evidence I send you pictures and I hear nothing back.

I placed an order on 8/28 and still have not received as of 9/21. Sprinkle has reached out and fixed the problem.

The powder doesn’t work at all if you are a user of THC in other forms. There are no refunds.

Their products are as promised. Taste is good and the effects predictable

I ordered 4 weeks ago and my card was charged instantly, received a shipping notification and then nothing. The USPS never got the product and the company has not answered my inquiries. Stay away from this company!

Company does not have a phone number posted on their website. I'm pretty sure I just got scammed. I will probably have to go to my bank to dispute the charges.

The product works exactly as I had hoped, a dreanless deep sleep! So pleased ! Delivered to my front door even though it took a bit more time than I thought it would, it was worth the wait!

Sprinkle makes a great product with a quick manageable effect. You can have a could drinks wait and hours or so and be ready to drive. The 1000mg is also a good value compared to others. It does need to dissolve better.

I don't like the cloudiness and the particles left at the bottom. Seems like the THC doesn't diss well and some of it is left at the bottom of the glass or they have too many fillers. Either way it could be improved.

Other's have complained about slow delivery, this is not Amazon, they do not have 2-day delivery. That said, mine did come faster than expected.

Placed and paid for an order on August 31, it is now September 19th, my order has not shipped, there is no phone number to contact them, and I've emailed them 4 times. They did reply to one of my emails and the reply was:
Thank you for your patience! I've created a ticket to push order #157516 to the front of the queue and upgraded the shipping so it goes out as quickly as possible.

We'll follow up with tracking details as soon as it ships.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I also ordered a month ago and been back and forth with support. A week ago I was told they would put my order at the head of the line and when I check it still says label created with a tracking number. I ordered a couple months ago with no problem but never again. Just waisted $110 on a gift card and I can't dispute it. Never Ever do business with them. Horrible company!

I’ve tried several thc drinks and Sprinkle is my favorite. The flavor is subtle and refreshing but doesn’t burn on the way down like others I’ve tried. The effect is just enough without being too much and it helps me sleep so soundly. I’ll definitely be buying more in the future.

I placed an order on 8/27 and still have not received my order. On 9/9, I wrote a review on Trust Pilot describing about the delay. That same day, Sprinkle contacted me and asked me to take down my review in exchange for a discount and prioritized and expedited shipping. I agreed and although the discount has been applied, my order STILL has not shipped. I have contacted supported multiple times and they tell me a ticket has been created and my order will be bumped to the front of the line and expedited. Well, it’s been over a week and a half- and over three weeks since the order was originally placed- and I still have yet to receive even AN ESTIMATE of when my order will ship. I don’t know what the problem is, but if you want to receive the thing you ordered, I would not recommend Sprinkle. Hilariously, I got an email from Sprinkle today asking for me to review my purchase. Too bad I’ve never received it!! My order number is 154634 for the Sprinkle agents monitoring this page.

UPDATE: on 9/22, when I asked for an yet another update on when this item will ship, I was told that the product is out of stock. I have no idea if this is accurate or is just a new excuse that Sprinkle is putting forward. I placed my order almost 4 weeks ago, have been told for weeks that my order is being expedited and moved to the front of the line, and now the product is out of stock? At this point, it’s so absurd and I have serious doubts that I will ever receive anything. I doubt this company will be in business long if this is how they operate. If anyone is reading this and wondering if they should place an order with Sprinkle: I would say if you want to receive the product you bought, definitely do not buy from Sprinkle!

I purchased the Go extra dosed 500mg canister, and I absolutely love it. I love how the powder is colorless and odorless and can be mixed in anything. It's. A great alternative to smoking which can discolor your lips and leave an unpleasant odor. I can also enjoy my drink of choice and be social with friends who are drinking alcohol. I love it . I have no complaints.

The product was great. It dissolved easily, had no taste, and wasn't gritty which is huge for me. Delivery came fast and it was a great experience overall!

Received product in good time. Need to work on answering emails or better yet talk to a live person I can understand.

They make a great product and Customer care service is the best. If you have any issues they take good care of you and make things right. They are work hard to improve the company and there product. I'll be getting more productive from them for sure.

I have been very happy with Restore by Sprinkle. The tastes is great and it tastes great by itself, on the rocks or mixed with something like a lemon-lime sparkling water. It has definitely helped me get to sleep much faster than I have been able to do for years.

The company reached out again checking in my current order. My new shipment will be here I few days. I’m sure it’s going to be great!

I wanted an alternative for alcohol and found Spinkle. The first order was delayed by a few weeks even though I was charged. The customer service the first to e was excellent and received a discount on my next order. I originally subscribed to get it every 4 weeks. It’s been well over that since my shipment was filled. I reached out via email AGAIN to clarify my order status and what the REAL timing is supposed to be. They responded with an email that they expedited my shipment. I will be canceling the subscription and maybe revisit in a few months. I would HATE to be the fulfillment manager. FWIW.
