It did not come - there are not any working telephone numbers- they started emailing me canned delivery emails and I replied to about 10 saying I paid for overnight and want a refund
No answer- or I should say - every time I respond- I get the same canned email responses
After posting this review, they did finally reach out, and refunded my overnight postage.
I have yet to try the product, so cannot comment on product quality. I would say they need to make it much easier to contract.

Powder doesn’t completely dissolve
Love the buzz it gives me and the ability to adjust my dose easily. My one complaint is that it doesn’t easily dissolve in a cold beverage. The undissolved powder clings to the sides of my glass and is hard to wash clean.

THC powders for chilling, sleeping and also they have a liquid in bottles called Restore. The Restore helps me relax, and yet, get thing’s done. The chill powder works really well, (just don’t overdo it), it’s powerful. The sleep powder has given me the ability to get a good block of sleep. Customer Service Issue, but Resolution in the works

Hello,
I'm messaging here because after 8 emails & tickets to Support and Hello have been unresolved but closed (and I can't access the portal to even view the response), it feels this is 1 of my few remaining avenues left.
I received my intro order several months ago and really enjoyed it. On 8/29, I got a confirmation email that my subscription order had been processed and would ship out soon. I updated my subscription address within 2 days to our new address (we moved on 8.31) and opened a ticket, then emailed several times to change/confirm the subscription shipping address before it actually shipped out 2 weeks later. I got emails saying my ticket was resolved and closed and I could access the ticket at the portal, but it wouldn't accept my password, said that my email was already taken when I tried to setup a new login, then said that I 'was not authorized to access the Portal' and to kindly contact customer service for access (I did, and they responded via the portal...).
Despite my efforts, the order was delivered by UPS to my old address on 9/29, and I've been trying to get a refund or courtesy replacement shipment since, but only get emails that my order was delivered and my ticket was resolved and closed.
I really wanted to be a Sprinkle customer, but have been extremely frustrated by the lack of customer service or apparent care about the $169 that I paid for an order I never received.
I would love to get this resolved ASAP, and either get what I paid for or a refund.

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and have not yet received it, nor any update. I was looking forward to trying it because I don’t want to drink alcohol. I have emailed the company several times and I got an AI automated response stating that a ticket has been created and I will hear back shortly. I have not heard anything except that I did get an email from sprinkle stating that “Maybe it’s time to reorder and I must be running out. That would be tough since I never received the order. I was truly excited to try this product and now I’m so frustrated. I just want a refund. This is not the only product out there on the market. If I don’t hear from them within the next day, I will contact my credit card to issue a refund. I’ve been more than patient at this point.

Sprinkle Bulk Powder Doesnt Dissolve & Leaves Residue
I really wanted to like the Sprinkle Chill Bulk THC Drink Mix, but the texture makes it difficult to enjoy. The powder does not dissolve completely, even when stirred thoroughly or blended. It leaves a grainy, chalky residue in the drink and creates a gritty mouthfeel that takes away from the overall experience.
The effects are fine, but the dissolving issue is a major drawback — especially since the product is marketed as something you can easily mix into any beverage. I think the formula could benefit from improvements in solubility or a reduction in insoluble fillers so the drink comes out smooth instead of gritty.
If the company updates the formulation to dissolve more cleanly, I’d be open to trying it again. For now, the texture makes it hard to recommend and I may not re-order unless this issue is addressed.

Really late delivery issues
Put in an order August 27th and 3 days later my credit card was charged. A label was created but UPS never received the package. I reached out to the company and a ticket was created saying I would hear something back in 72 hours. Those hours passed and I reached out 3 more times, always getting a message saying they had put my package in the front of the queue.That obviously hasn't happened since it is September 29th and my order hasn't even shipped yet. This seems to be happening to alot of customers now, as I'm reading more and more reviews that report the same thing. This is also a recent slip up with this company, as all of my previous orders were on time. Would love an explanation and my order, of course, but not sure I trust them anymore to do what they say they're going to do.

I placed an order in the middle of August. They of course charged my credit card immediately. They said that a shipping label was made. I reached out several times and was told that they were busy. They did give me a refund for half of my order. I still haven’t received my order. Now they are telling me that they are out of it! Really??!!! You charge people for products you don’t have! I’m going to reach out to our Attorney General. This is ridiculous. I have never spoken to a person!! What a scam!!
