The Sea Moss was great we loved it. I also had to contact customer support because I was put on a subscription and didn’t know until I was notified I was being charged but customer service took care of that right away which was amazing! Will order again in the future at my own pace!

Very first order
So I placed my first order and paid for it. Then I was prompted to add another jar for a discounted rate but wasn't able to pick the flavor so they just added 1 more of the flavor I had the most of. Very intuitive, but wrong. I wanted to try a different flavor. Upon my realization of this I immediately reached out to the contact email to explain my dilemma. To my surprise, they not only answered my email in less than 10 minutes, they also changed my order to what I had actually wanted and also thanked me for my feedback on the lack of a flavor option once prompted to buy additional jars at their discounted rate. A+ in my book. Thanks again and I look forward to enjoying your product..

Sea moss was very good however with my second delivery one of the jars came broken but the support team responded so quickly and within MINUTES of emailing them with the issue they were sending me a new jar

My subscription order showed up with all 3 jars broken after I came home from vacation. True Sea Moss customer service was outstanding and prompt in their willingness to help me with this issue. I am not happy
I don’t know if that is a right rating. I am just not happy. I had high hopes for the product. I recently had something like five strokes. I can’t walk and I can’t use my left hand. I don’t know if the product could work for someone else. It just didn’t work for me.

My experience with customer service was above and beyond ! I wish I could give it 10 stars! I was so nervous because during the purchase process I paid before realizing that the address had auto filled to my previous address. I was terrified that changing that information after making that purchase was going to be extremely hard to the point that I was dreading it. I got help IMMEDIATELY. Just simply chatting with the 24 hour assistant I was able to let them know what happened, they paused my order while I changed the address and then added the new one and then un paused my order ! It was all of like literally 1 min. No lie maybe less ! So easy ! I thought it would take all night to fix and it took less than a min of communication. I'm going to be a long term customer! Love this for me !

I've received a couple of orders prior…
I've received a couple of orders prior to this last one without incident, however this order I received came damaged and broken. I took pictures of the package which I figured happened during delivery, no fault of the company, but thought I would give it a shot and let them know. I sent a message and attached pictures. To my surprise I almost immediately got a response back. Not many companies are that responsive so quickly, if at all. They quickly made sure of what product was damaged and what address I wanted them to send a replacement. The customer service is amazing and I was blessed to have such regards to my issue. I definitely love the products and will continue to be a loyal customer who recommends your products to everyone!! God bless you all! Superb service!!

My experience with true sea moss has been great! They answer extremely fast which I wasn’t expecting at all. usually I have to wait so long to hear back from companies but they are the opposite of that! And my package came damaged and they were able to help me out right away and find a solution. would definitely recommend purchasing from them. the product also is pretty yummy especially the gummies!
