They finally processed the refund but the waiting time was too long. Wish it didn't have to get to the point of me having to write a review.

Was thinking about still using their services but the refund experience was difficult to bear, might still consider them in the future, might. But for now I will play it safe and use the ones I trust.

They now engage in a highly deceptive scheme, wherein customers are double charged for a single purchase, only to be offered credit on their account rather than a rightful refund. This is not only unethical but outright fraudulent.

Instead of taking responsibility for their actions and adhering to best practices of service providers, they have chosen to further victimize me by coercing me into using their services under false pretenses.

I find it utterly appalling that it took more than four days for a response to my complaints, only to be met with a dismissive and inadequate excuse. The response from their billing department was filled with empty pleasantries, no apologies for double charging my card, and not even an iota of remorse for their actions.

Double charging a customer's card without their consent is illegal and reprehensible. Offering credit as a means of restitution is not only insulting but an attempt to cover up your wrongdoing.

This hosting company operators are full time scammers. I purchased a domain from them all of a sudden, they went behind my back and order the domain name with Whogohost. I contacted them and they said the domain had been registered by someone else that same day. Big liers and scammers. Now my money they have refunded the money to my virtual dashboard which of a truth it can't be withdrawn. They want me to add another money so that they will use another format to bill me more. Wicked souls. I must make sure I pay my last card to bring them down. STAY AWAY FROM THIS USELESS HOST OF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY.

If you don't want to lose your website all of a sudden, stay away from truehost. Taking down your hosting without any warning is what gives them joy. They disabled my hosting plan with 7 websites running on it. They didn't even allow me to make a backup of the sites. It was a horrible experience you don't want to have.

This guys are operating completely outside the ethics of web domain and hosting service. I purchased a domain name and they would not want me to change the nameserver of the domain l purchased. Ordinarily like with all web hosting and domain service provider, when you purchase a domain name you can choose to use the domain name at any hosting service provider or hosting plan you deem fit to use. But in the case with this bad hosting service provider, they lock your domain name. I have been experiencing series of bad customer service along with interrupted and unreliable bad hosting service with this host. I will never recommend their service to anyone. Moreso, they are operating in the cloud with no
verifiable office presence and no physical contact details, (i.e phone numbers), tantamount to disappearing anytime. I have started making arrangement to bring them to book since they have decided to continue extorting money from people in my country and offering these form of bad service with bad WhatsApp customer service while using a local bank for public collection. They are prone to make your website to disappear anytime and will insist that you pay them to try to recover it. Several a times l had other issues like losing my hosting account to someone else without my consent, my domains removed from my hosting account and replaced with strange domains. In the first place where does this form of rubbish happen in domain hosting anywhere in the world? Bad service. Bad customer service, unreliably interruptable bad hosting service. Stay away.

If you are planning to use this hosting, l advise you based on my experience to cease and desist from using the service provider. Their services is terrible and horrible. They will take your money and offer you useless hosting. Every week the hosting goes off with one reason or the other. Don't try it.
