Exceptional Support from Truehost

I struggled with my domain transfer for like a month. My domain got stuck and my former provider was not helping at all. I reached to truehost and they helped me to know how to engage with my former provider. Within 1 day my domain transfer was completed. He also helped to restore my DNS since the domain had expired.

Need to organize a better interface and build their support around Customer's enquiries

Firstly their software to create a site is extremely difficult to use pretty close to coding, nothing like say Power Point. Secondly don't ever subscribe to them, because they will continue billing you, even if you cancel. Just today I tried to log in and could not they billed me again, now they send me an email asking if I want to sign up. I wish I could help them I can't because their systems do not store histories of contact with support or accounts.

Worst Hosting I've seen yet... To restrictive in their services

If it were possible, I wouldn’t even give this platform a star... They don't deserve any star. The one star I’m giving them is simply because I can’t do less. I would not recommend this hosting provider to anyone. The services are restrictive, customer support is poor, and the overall experience is extremely frustrating. They are completely out of touch with customer needs and the competitive market.

Additionally, their pricing is misleading. While the initial prices may seem cheap, you’ll quickly realize there are many hidden restrictions once you make the purchase. What they advertise doesn’t reflect the actual limitations you'll face, and the cheap prices are more about enticing you into a restrictive service than offering value.

There are far better options available that provide greater value, transparency, and support. I deeply regret choosing this platform and will not be returning. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Trueshost is the worst Hosting Company in Nigeria

I can categorically say that truehost is the worst hosting company I have seen.

They are only fast in replying and making promises that your issues are being looked into but nothing is being done.

For more than 3 months now, all my sites hosted on truehost are showing 503 or 500 error yet, they could not resolve it. I had to move to another hosting after all.

Very poor and totally slow customer…

Very poor and totally slow customer services. Price quotations change randomly. They seem to not take time to read tickets, as such you have to repeat requests you've already clearly made.
That said, good pricing overall and quick migration work.

I've been trying to resolve an issue since July and their Customer support has just been gaslighting me and passing me around. They're just totally dull.

The only reason i used them was cause it was cheap but now it's total garbage. Shame on those fools

Truehost is probably lying about their Datacenter locations

truehost.co.ke advertises Kenya & Europe DC.
truehost.com.ng advertises Nigeria & Europe DC.
truehost.co.za advertises South Africa DC.
truehost.co.in advertises Web Hosting in India.
But,
truehost.com /support/knowledge-base/truehosts-servers-location/
says their DC are in Europe, France, Germany, London, & Poland.

Worst Hosting Company in the World!!

This is my worst experience ever

This is my worst experience ever. I asked for a refund and guess what? they suspended the hosting account 10 mins later. They claimed it was suspended for violating their policies in which I asked them to prove it. I have lost my hosting and refund because their policy doesn't allow them to issue refunds for suspended accounts. I have sent multiple emails and all were ignored. I am trying to leave but they won't even give me my backup I won't advice this platform for anyone.
