Bought domain and hosting, and it was suspended automatically by their automated system less than 3 mins after making payment, havent even received confirmation email when i saw abuse-suspension email.
contacted thier support and it got resolved in less than 12hrs after contacted thier safety team via email.
Right now I have mixed feelings on if thier service can be trust worthy or not, I will update my review after I use thier service for a while.

Honestly I love the fact that they connected their quick chat to a bot that immediately helped me create a support ticket and also set the priority to high which facilitated a quick response.

The agent I was connected to named Nourister J, handled my issue well and promptly. Glad I chose to register my hosting with truehost.

issue wasn't resolved , it has been forwarded to technical team for further assistance, i'm waititng for response

The response i got from the customer support was almost immediately and straight to the point, with solutions and willingness to help resolve the issue. Keep it up.

I wanted a nigerian vps, they promised that their vps is with nigerian ip, i got the vps to find out the vps is installed with french ip beloging to ovh hosting, i have an ovh accout why would i not just buy vps directly from ovh, replying to my message that your support team fixed it, is funny, your support did not even respond to my ticket but you respond to truspilot to look good

Had much better experience but today it seems like Audrey has more important things to do, giving me wrong information, not reading what I'm typing, typing one sentence then I have to wait for her response after 20 minutes or so.....really terrible experience.

My service went down and was suspended due to phishing, without any warning or anything, after 2 hours of speaking to the agent, I decided to do work on my other service and after logging in, it too was suspended and that is a new domain, nothing on it so it cannot have any issues, there isnt even an email or website created for the hosting domain. I moved over 16 domains o that service and now they are all down and the only thing I have to do is wait till they check the email and respond, 16 businesses are all down and cannot access emails or pay invoices they received, log jobs for the day etc. 16 businesses have to wait for someone to read an email and advise whats the problem and how to rectify it. I have been told that I should just wait for that person to read the email and respond.

Service is very important and because of service like this I might have to move to another hosting platform that can assist when I need help.
