Sometimes they aren't swift to respond atimes but they do respond eventually and get the issue fixed. I think I like that about them. They get it fixed.
They are very reliable and offer good and affordable hosting packages that works pretty well.

Turehost is not transparent in its service delivery. I am sorry about this honest feedback.

I was having an issue on my website hosted by TRUEHOST. SO I was redirected to Simon to help me fix it. Simon has been a lifesaver! I was having some frustrating issues with my website, and he stepped in with so much professionalism, patience, and skill. He not only fixed the problem quickly but also took time to explain what went wrong. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I’m beyond grateful for his support — I honestly couldn’t have done it without him.

They wrongfully disable account for no reason..

I have had to talk with Truehost support services three times or more today and their response time to everything is Excellent. Why didnt I know you guys since? I really appreciate the swift response, patience good work. Thanks alot.

Don't be fooled by the AI support service when any of their services is down (I believe it's usually down). There really is no way to get in touch with any real human support agent and tickets submitted by the AI agent will never show up on their records even though you get an email about it (technically they deny ever being in contact with you).

I bought a domain name but I could not verify the domain name with my hosting platform because the form they provided in the client area for updating DNS record is broken. Then I contacted support and was attended to by an AI agent which seemed like the only useful service they offer because it's very responsive.

Also, the SSL certificate I paid for is yet to be assigned after 2 hours. Even if it gets assigned, it'll be useless if I'm not able to update my dns record.

Every hosting service I have patronized in Nigeria is a mess. After about 5+ year of avoiding local hosting companies, I decided to give one another try with as little as domain name management and this experience certain if unresolved solved swiftly will be my last attempt at using a Nigerian hosting service.

I'm so pained right now because I would have gotten a better service from namecheap or godaddy for the same fee.

A complete waste of money and time...

I paid for domain at 10:25 am today 24th May 2025, and this is 6:09pm the domain name is not active, payment has not been confirmed. It has been a really bad experience today.

I am struggling for over 3 weeks to get a refund from this business.

I was going to move my hosting of 13 sites to them. They assured me before I moved that there would be no problem and they offer a 30 day money back guarantee. 7 days later none of my websites were up - and none of my email. I then contracted a different host HostCow Web Hosting - they had my websites and email up in 1 working day but now I need to pay them for the hosting for the upcoming year - and Truehost Cloud has their money! I have a telephone call recording of their internal staff agreeing to refund almost 2 weeks ago - no word from them and their bot claims there is no ticket - but I have weeks of records of them claiming they are creating those tickets - Do NOT USE Truehost Cloud.
