To anybody trying to set-up a business or just a tech start-up don't use their service except you want to have a sleepless night regretting while you sign up to their service. I have bought a domain with them last year they flag it and suspended it without a reason within one month i saw the domain been used by another person meaning they resell it to the highest bidder. This year again i bought a domain last week got the domain flagged with a label fraud common sense how will an organization label a domain fraud without due process or got complaints from people that it fraud them just a domain I bought two days ago there label it fraud and i have been their customer for three years now got more than 16 domains under their care just this one i bought two days ago seeing the domain name is very attractive my thoughts still goes there want to give it out to the highest bidder. I don't recommend them stay off if you are just an individual trying to startup a business without headaches

Sincerely I would rate this company 4star for their service to me in hosting my website, however, that rating has rapidly faded into memory because of their recent treatment of my issue, and I have lost 10days out of 30 already and that has put me in a bad situation with my clients.
I paid for a VPS with intention of using it to run my EA on MT5 for client accounts.
Despite multiple attempts using RealVNC and TigerVNC, I consistently receive an “Authorization failed” error. I’ve also accessed the VPS through the Virtualizer Manager, but the graphical environment is not functioning properly. Even after installing XFCE and restarting the VNC session, basic GUI applications like xclock and winecfg hang indefinitely with a blinking cursor. MetaTrader 5 cannot launch, and Wine cannot connect to the display.
I have gone through several back and forth messages with support, with no solution. I then request for a refund since I wasn't getting value for what I paid for and I was told no refund is made after VPS is provisioned.
. I understand that Truehost does not configure Linux VPS servers for GUI access by default. However, this limitation was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase, and it directly affects my ability to use the VPS for its intended purpose — running MetaTrader 5 with a graphical interface, and they are not providing me a solution, neither are they refunding my money so that I can get solution somewhere else.

Truehost is a scam, this company is a scam forget about the positive reviews they are all working together. My domain was terminated unjustly few hours after purchase and they refused to refund me, their customer service is also incompetent, don't waste your resources on them, I repeat don't fall victim, they are scam

I dont how true host is getting all these accolades here. This is the most insensitive company i have ever come in contact with. You have a problem you are on your own. Three days running i have been struggling to have access to my VPS1 cloud server. Zola and Charity will tell another thing clearly publiished by the system, Nourister and Francis will tell you its not true. What is worse, that one they call Nourister literally told me i cant be refunded and clearly wont give me access to the server space i paid for. Apparently all these reviews here in favour of them are arrangee. A service like this that sucks cant be good anywhere

This company runs a bait-and-switch scam with server location. I bought a server from TrueHost.ca. I needed low latency and I’m in Canada. Instead they provisioned a server overseas with high latency, told me the Canadian servers were full and “sorry no refunds.” That is a classic bait and switch and is the tactic of a disreputable firm.
