I'm so happy with the service I received from Smiths Flooring, Homewares and Bespoke Rug Emporium.
I needed some laminate laying in my conservatory.
They explained all the different options to me very clearly with an honest assessment of the benefits of them. I chose the best option for me in terms of price and quality.
I asked for them to do uplift of the old and installation of the new, which I accepted a quote for. The day before my installation, I found time to complete the uplift myself. To my surprise they discounted the cost of the uplift, which I thought was really kind given it was so late in the day.
Then the job, the floor was laid perfectly and really efficiently. The fitter then tidied up the area to the highest standard, which again I wasn't expecting at all! Overall, absolutely delighted with the communications, price, product, installation and overall experience. I highly recommend and will be returning in future.

I am a return client. First used the company a year ago to fit in carpet in 3 bedrooms. It took several weeks to choose the colour, but once i decided on it everything happened quite fast and smoothly. Within a month of the order had carpets fitted. The fitters even hoovered after themselves. This year i ordered same colour for the other bedrooms and cupboards and they fitted it within 3 weeks. The actual work took an hour only. Very good and reliable service. Thank you guys!

It is so easy to get your carpets from Smiths Flooring. Plenty of choice, expert help to decide what you need, easy parking and an excellent fitter. Even moves furniture for people who can’t move it as they are too old. Nothing was too much trouble.

This is the second time we have used them and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The whole experience of selecting and buying our carpets from Trevor Smith was very good. The pricing also was competitive given the research we put in and nothing was too much trouble for them. The carpet fitter was also very good, on time and very pleasant and helpful. We will be back for our stair carpet later this year 😀

Professionally dealt with from ordering to completion of installation.
We had laminate and carpet fitted and both fitters were excellent.

The loft room to be carpeted was a very complex shape there was also a flight of stairs to the room included.
The job was completed efficiently and cleanly.

From the very first contact with the company by phone they were extremely helpful and customer focussed. At at in-store consultation they answered all our questions and went through the different options available and allowed samples to be taken home for consideration. They then followed up with a home visit to measure up and we were then given a no obligation quotation. After purchasing the flooring it was fitted expertly fitted in a few days.
