I had my windows replaced 17 years ago and it’s such a quality product, it still going strong. I’ve only just had an issue with it and the Grabex team have managed my enquiry and the repair with speed and professionalism, I’m so pleased I chose them. I’m happy to recommend to anyone considering replacing their windows.

We are long time fans of Grabex! We’ve just had a fabulous large bay wood replacement window added to our collection. The quality of the window, like all our others, is superb and Greg, who fitted it, is a real craftsman.
We already recommend Grabex to everyone and will continue do so. Martin and the team are a pleasure to deal with and always come up with the goods!

One of our ground floor sliding doors was stuck in the open position. The installation was in 2019. Grabex customer service was efficient and helpful. They sent Richard, the Engineer round, as soon as they could, who fixed the problem and it was all covered under the Warranty, so nothing to pay! Thank you Grabex! The Aftercare has been excellent from Grabex Ltd.

They are scammers! DO NOT USE THEM!

We are their customers now for almost full house window replacement which is quite significant money to spend on.

They scam you by putting unclear terms like and ask you to pay more later on. For example, they put“scaffolding installed by others” in the contact saying we should have organise on our own on the 1st day of installation. We were under the impression it’s part of the window installation cost. They never told us that prior to and non of the houses next to us needed it. They asked to pay £700 on top of the window only worth £800 and can be perfectly installed from the inside. Also they said “there is another way you can just give the guys some cash so they can install from the inside”. Basically they make the mistake on purpose to get us pay more for their mistake which is not only wrong and illegally.

Sales representative, survey and post customer support all built to set you up to pay more money.

We are starting the dispute process and will be reporting this illegally behaviour to the government entities.

Overall - experience was great. People are good and easy to work with. Marta in sales and the technical surveyor whose name I forget unfortunately. Quality windows made in factory in Kent - go and view it - and top quality workmanship (both the frames and installation - Greg and team). Makes a bigger difference to the house than I expected. Overall felt it was good value for what I paid.

Only improvement area was when things got tricky with a strange shaped window. Glass was late despite 7 week lead time and still didn’t arrive by last day of installation, but the day after.

Agreed to sign the paperwork with installation team to say it was complete as they were good and trusted them. Plan was next day another guy (maintenance engineer) comes around to install glass. He did, but broke the glass on installation - “sorry, I haven”t done one of those in a while”.

It then took couple of weeks of reordering and then waiting for engineer to be in my area rather than just prioritising the fix, the latter I found a bit galling tbh and support team didn’t seem to get.

This all meant the scaffolding stayed up longer and my neighbours had scaffolding in their gardens over a bank holiday - they were ok, but didn’t have to be.

So in short - the installation teams gave a very high finish, considerate/clean and quick, but just don’t sign the paper work until it’s fully done - it would have been much better if Greg (installation) came back the next day (the Friday) and installed the last bit of glass and finished it. It would have taken him 30 minutes and the job would have been 100% finished 2-3 earlier! Lesson learnt.

All that said, a good company. Would still recommend

Grabex were amazing. We bought timber sash windows, Juliette balcony and a large kitchen sliding door and all products were fantastic. Very good quality and Grabex were amazing from start to finish (survey to installation). Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

We recently required some aftercare support following our installation with Grabex Windows, and the experience was very positive.

From the outset, the team responded promptly and handled the request in a professional and organised manner. In particular, Matt, the Operations Manager, was extremely helpful—clear in his communication, responsive, and proactive in ensuring the issue was seen through properly.

Timelines were realistic and adhered to, and the issue itself was resolved efficiently with attention to detail. There was a clear focus on getting things right rather than simply completing the job quickly.

What stood out most was the consistency of the aftercare service. It can often be the case that once installation is complete, follow-up support falls short, but that was not the experience here. Matt and the team remained accountable throughout and ensured everything was resolved to a high standard.

Overall, a reliable and reassuring aftercare service, which reflects well on the company as a whole. We would have confidence in recommending them based not just on the initial installation, but on the quality of service.

I as retired mechanical engineer and director of engineering Company, was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, cleanliness, helpfulness of both installers!
Also with with the good quality of the widows!
And I hope that the plastering above windows will be replaced.

Found Grabex at the Grand Designs exhibition in London in 2025 where they had their windows on display, they look really good.

I emailed for a curiosity quote for 11 windows, thinking their prices would be beyond my budget as they seemed high quality on the display and as lot of suppliers at GD elevate their prices after the exhibition.
But to my surprise they were the cheapest of all the 6 quotes I had received from my local suppliers.

The sales service was good and they were delivered exactly when they said they would be.

I don't usually leave reviews, but these windows are very good quality and look really great once installed.

one thing to note:
If installing yourself, request for weights to be removed for delivery as they are quite heavy.

Highest quality windows and efficient service. They installed replacement Victorian sliding sash windows several years ago which have not deteriorated at all. They have just installed another for me. A perfect match and excellent value too. Staff are professional and very helpful. I recommended them to our neighbour too, who is equally impressed. I would not hesitate in using them again.

We had all the windows throughout the house installed by Grabex and we are very pleased with the final look. The fitters were extremely efficient and completed the job in a very impressive two days. The onsite lead fitter was extremely helpful with a check in at the start and end of each day and the team did a very good clean up. Grabex customer care team were quick to respond to email communication and promptly dealt with our request to change the handles after fitting. Overall I would highly recommend this company for the quality and ease with which they completed the work.

I had a very disappointing experience with Grabex - particularly with Andy and Martin.

After signing a contract and paying a deposit, it became clear after the survey stage that the installation would require significant structural changes to my property (including removal cladding, and plastering). These requirements were not clearly communicated upfront during initial discussions or prior to signing the contract at all.

More concerningly, I was informed via WhatsApp that the company could not proceed unless they could guarantee 100% waterproofing, effectively putting the feasibility of the project into question under my existing setup. Despite this, I was later told the project could still proceed but only if I accepted additional preparatory work, cost, and risk that were never part of the original agreement.

When I requested a refund on this basis, the company maintained that this was a “customer cancellation” and attempted to apply cancellation fees, despite:
No materials being ordered
No fabrication taking place
No clear or final deliverables provided post-survey

The situation has involved prolonged back-and-forth, with shifting explanations and increasing pressure to either proceed under revised conditions or accept financial deductions.

Overall, the experience has been:
Time-consuming
Frustrating
Lacking in transparency at key decision points

I would strongly advise future customers to ensure all structural requirements and limitations are fully clarified in writing before signing any contract or paying a deposit or perhaps going with another company to save your sanity.

Such a fantastic experience with Grabex replacing all the windows in our new home. Everyone we worked with was professional, patient, and very communicative. In the initial stages we worked with Andy from their sales team to think through the kinds of windows we wanted. We loved being able to go into their showroom in West London to get a better sense of the quality and discuss different finishes. When we were ready to proceed Andy came around and did all the measurements and talked us through their manufacturing and fitting processes and stayed to answer all of our questions. After we got the quote and then the detailed measurements we had a few questions and he was always immediately available to jump on a call.

Our wooden double glazed sash windows were completed even faster than they expected, and, most importantly, they are absolutely stunning in our Victorian home and they make a massive difference to our insulation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!

This is the 4th set of windows we’ve had from Grabex and Arkadiusz over the past 8 years and we were - as always - very satisfied with the quality of the product and the customer service we received. We’ve had both hardwood and UPVC windows installed, and both types have been of excellent quality. The whole process was made very easy due to the professionalism and knowledge of both arkadiusz and the customer services team I would definitely recommend this company for any type of window installation.

I have my windows done about 3 years ago and the patio door has moved a little bit, so it was difficult to closed, I called them and arrange for one of their man to come and see, Today Mr Richard came, very clean man, very polite and in 2 second he put the door right, so grateful and it was under garantie , so was all free. After being super impressed by Grabex when they repaired our Reynaers sliding doors (when no one else would), we happily returned to Grabex to purchase three more matching Reynaers windows for our loft extension (a large fixed panel 'picture' window and two smaller opening windows).

Mario came to measure up and offered practical advice for the window installation. His product knowledge is second to none.

The windows were installed right on schedule and we are very happy with them. Grabex were brilliant throughout and I would have no problem recommending them. Many thanks, Mario!
