Booked a holiday with easyJet over the phone. What I didn't know is that easyJet use this company for over the phone booking

Absolute nightmare to deal with because once they take the deposit you can't get in touch with them. They never answer the phone and only open 9-4

Balance is now due however the link doesn't work and they ask for Bank transfer payment to an account with a different name. (That's not happening)

They don't reply to emails either.

easyJet said they can't help and don't want to know (even though it's meant to be an easyJet package holiday)
