I've just booked an amazing 3-night break to Iceland with Steven, and I honestly couldn't recommend him highly enough!
From the very first enquiry, Steven was absolutely fantastic. I must have changed my mind a hundred times about airports, dates, hotels and different options, but nothing was ever too much trouble for him! He was incredibly patient, friendly, helpful and professional throughout the entire process.
Steven took all the stress out of booking and managed to organise the whole package for us, including our hotel, flights and excursions. He made everything so easy and straightforward, and I couldn't be happier with the service we've received.
It's rare to find someone who genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right, but Steven certainly does!
If you're thinking of booking a holiday, I would 100% recommend Steven. Outstanding customer service from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with him again!

I made my very first booking and trip to Iceland, with Blue Lotus Vacations. I was extremely nervous to go through an online booking with a company I’ve never used before but I had fantastic help from Oneli. I had the support I needed with responses up to late in the night. I contacted Blue Lotus Vacations UK for…Disney
I contacted Blue Lotus Vacations UK for a quote on a 3-night Disneyland Paris stay at Hotel Cheyenne in early December, including Le Shuttle and breakfast. I was quoted £1,690. A couple of hours later, while I was still comparing options, the price had gone up to over £2,000, and I was then told it was £2,050, citing “price updates”.
I checked Disney’s own site at the time and the hotel and ticket price hadn’t changed. Booking the same stay directly, with breakfast and Le Shuttle, came to less than the revised quote.
I’m really disappointed. I spent hours going back and forth with them, comparing options and negotiating, and it was a complete waste of my time. I didn’t book, so I can’t comment on what happens after payment. But a quote that moves by this much in a few hours, without a clear explanation, makes it hard to trust the figure. I’d suggest anyone considering them gets an itemised quote in writing and compares it against booking direct.
