I had a great experience with Chris. He was very helpful in finding a flight that best suited my needs and was extremely patient throughout the process as well. I would definitely use this service again, especially because of how smooth and stress-free Chris made my booking experience.

Surprised to read so many positive reviews. We called them to book flights as advertised on their website, however they were then double the price? The call handler was very rude and defensive when we enquired about the difference in cost. He also refused to provide his name when asked. Would certainly not consider using this company and will be sure to tell family and friends of our experience.

Those flight prices are still advertised on your website so it is not that they are not available - it can only be click bait.

We spoke to a member of your staff yesterday 3rd May 2026 at 12.20pm. I was unable to add this to the request for further information that you sent to me privately. I’m quite shocked at your lack of understanding in terms of seemingly standing by the way that we were spoken to.

I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Kevin for all his help and patience with booking our flights. Kevin was very helpful and responded to my questions very quickly and professionally. I will definitely be booking more flights to South Africa through Kevin in the future.

Eric was extremely supportive and communicative. The suggested solution was extremely competitive and effective , given it was only requested two months before the trip . We got a very good price for a business class round trip to Cancun. I strongly advise to use their service

We arranged our flights to Australia through Travlock as they were the most competitive price and we wanted the reassurance of speaking to a person; Chris was great.
The original flights were via Dubai but with all the conflict in the Middle East we had to change our flights. Chris was understanding, patient and positive. New flights have been arranged at 3 weeks notice, amazing.

Myself and Wife are travelling to see daughter who is shortly undergoing surgery.We had a flight booked but this was cancelled at short duty due to trouble in the Middle East.I was struggling to get a replacement flight.I contacted Travlock and spoke to Nigel.He did a wonderful job getting us fixed up with a replacement flight in very difficult circumstances. There is no doubt that Nigel went the 'extra mile' for us in getting us on a new flight taking into account that we did not want to take a flight which would take us anywhere near the ongoing Middle east troubled.

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you, without the help from Eric my planned trip to Australia may not have happened, when travel chaos hit and the airlines were cancelling flights my original bookings were cancelled, luckily I found Unniversal Travel and Eric, he managed to sort new flights for both the outgoing and return flights, a lot of work I'm sure. Great company and I am keeping the number for future use.
