This company did such a great job on the transcription and was so fast and had great communication back and forth. I was very pleased and surprised with the great service and job well done!

Slightly disappointed in this transcription. Previous transcriptions had been unbelievably precise, far surpassing what I'd received from Rev.com. The audio file I uploaded was difficult to hear in spots, and I understand the degree of difficulty. It also was a long audio file (50 minutes). However, to wait more than 24 hours, and to still need to re-listen to the audio to clean up what was listed as "inaudible" cost me valuable time. Normally I would give this transcription 3 stars. However, because the uploaded audio was less than crystal clear, I added a star to make it 4 stars.

This transcription service was the best one I've ever used. They went above nd beyond to be perfect - even so far to actually check the names of the participants using the internet - something I would never have expected. They were incredibly fast, perfectly accurate and surprisingly inexpensive.

Very fast turnaround - excellent accuracy

The transcription itself was pretty good; I had to go back and correct a handful of words, but it was quite easy to do. The customer service person with whom I spoke about how to upload my transcription to a YouTube video was able to point me in the right direction. It was a good value and a speedy turnaround for the price.

We sent a 58 minute file for transcripton and this resulting TXT file was more accurate than expected
