Do not waste your time or money on this service.
I have spent several days going back and forth with them because of gross inaccuracies. They refuse to refund my money and keep wanting me to do all the edits for them. Even after I gave them correct information they still got it wrong.

From the chat box at the get go the experience was great. The person I was chatting with made me comfortable enough to move forward with taking the chance by paying for something I did not know what I was going to get.

Transcription Puppy was easy to use, quick and inexpensive. I did have a few problems loading bigger files to the site but the outcome was fantastic. I sent in 12 videos there were only a few errors here and there in 7 out of the 12 videos. I’d definitely use it again.
