It was an seamless submission process
It was an seamless submission process. The turn around time was ok on my first submission and excellent on my next 2 submissions. Overall a good experience. The main drawback is that it is pretty expensive and you do not have a monthly subscription service that we can sign up for so I can't predict my costs accurately

Overall, I was very satisfied with Transcription Puppy and their services. I did have to correct some minor mistakes within the completed transcript, but will continue to use them going forward for all of my transcription needs.
