This was the most rediculously easy site to use regarding getting my audio uploaded and getting it transcribed. And the price was literally $1000 less than I anticipated.

Rapid turnaround, fewer errors, reasonable cost.

Quick replies to all my questions. Fast turn around when the audio was good. Only small point was some errors with topic specific words, but this was easy to fix. Overall I am happy and will use them again on my next video.

I had 10 items that had to be transcripts. 6 were videos and 4 were phone recordings. The videos were about an hour each. They were finished in 7 days. There were some corrections I needed to make but overall it was a quick turnaround time.

So pleased with the accuracy and efficiency utilized by Transcription Puppy transcribers throughout this process. Our taped interviews were transcribed quite accurately and the editor tool was very helpful for us to easily tighten up the verbiage and make any edits or clarifications necessary. We are very pleased with this service and will definitely use it again when the need arises. Costs were also very reasonable. The website made the order process move smoothly and easily as well.

I had a very difficult file that was hard to open and it was stressing me out because it was for a trial for the same week and I didn't think it would be completed in enough time. They communicated fast and efficiently and they got my audio transcribed the very next day. AMAZING customer support and fantastic transcribing. I didn't see very many issues, other than misspelled names, which isn't their fault. For sure will use this service in the future.

I used Rev.com for years, until they switched to AI and continued to charge for "human trascription." The errors became too numerous and I needed a new vendor. I tried several companies with the same file, and Transcription Puppy had the clearest, cleanest, and best formatted result. Most of my transcripts are technical and contain complicated place/person/ drug names or jargon. They have been correct more than 99% of the time. I will continue to use them.

So glad I found this transcription website. I tried the AI route and gave up because of the poor accuracy. Don't waste your time with AI. Deal with an actual person that can answer all your concerns and deliver a quality product. A++

If anyone needs any documents transcribed, this is the perfect company to use. I had a document transcribed by another company and they wouldn’t fix the errors. This company not only corrected errors but was very prompt, courteous and great pricing. Their process is very easy to use to upload your media and download your completed document. They are easy to reach by phone or a portal you securely sign in to. I highly recommend this company.
