Easy and professional to deal with. The crane and the operatives arrived early, were easy to deal with on site. From an admin point of view they were quick and responsive in the (many) emails that I sent them. We're hopefully booking them for another, larger lift that we have coming up.

We had Reece from Total Lifting. He was on-time (in fact he was early). Got setup ahead of our delivery. When our delivery driver broke down nearby he offered to solve the problem for us. Once they arrived he was quick and efficient in getting the hot tub craned over. So fast I missed the whole thing while making a cup of tea!

When we needed a crane that could fit into a tight access road, Total Lifting was very accomodating and recommended a suitable crane and the crane turned up as agreed and did the lifting in a very efficient manner and we completed what we needed to do in a short space of time.

I’ve had such a good experience with this company. I needed a small crane to lift an office pod into my garden. I was messed around by so many companies who could tell I wasn’t in the trade and either thought they could make a quick buck or just weren’t interested. These guys were amazing from my first enquiry through to Tony doing the lift on the day. Professional, polite, efficient and well priced. Can’t thank them enough.
